First and foremost, I hope the little kid pulls through. Horrible.

This is not Britt's first DUI. And yes, you'd think the guy would know better since his brother smashed his car up badly and almost died whilehe was out of it on heroin. Of course he later died at Philly's summer training facility.

I understand that addiction and alcoholism is a disease. But here we have people driving.

It’s hard for me to empathize. I’ll freely admit to not fully understanding addictions. The second you get behind the wheel, though, it’s on you...

Apparently he hospitalized a 4 and 5 year old. If memory serves he went to jail a while ago for pulling a gun on a guy in a road rage incident.

Jesus Britt Reid is a f-ing loser.

Personal life[edit]​

Reid is the son of Andy and Tammy Reid. He is the second of five children. He has two brothers (Garrett and Spencer) and two sisters (Drew Ann and Crosby).[4]

In 2007, Britt was sentenced to 8 to 23 months in jail alongside his brother Garrett for running a "drug emporium" from their home.[5]

Reid was involved in a road rage incident in 2007 where he pointed a gun at another man's face. A lawsuit was eventually settled out of court for an undisclosed sum in 2014.[6]

Ugh. I know BB won't hesitate to get someone with a history of DUI (see M. Floyd), but if he does draft McCorkle, he better have learned his lesson.

Really hope the kid pulls through. I had no prior knowledge of Britt but this is pretty sick. I would never endanger my child or anyone else's.

It's so easy to make a major mistake when driving. Heck, texting while driving got my wife's car totaled. Luckily my 3 month old son wasn't in the car or he wouldn't be here today.
