I hope Bill is watching and seeing that you win in this league with NFL talent, not with your own pet projects like Nkeal Harry.

You mean, dont draft a guy your scouts are warning you about because your buddy is his coach? or take a special teams guy most teams have ranked as an undrafted guy in the 2nd round?

I sure hope so.

There is a reason why the Saints are a historic 90+ million over the cap. That defense is loaded with multiple probowlers on the DL, Davis at LB & not one weakness at any of the 5 DB spots. They are a bad matchup for the Bucs.

The Packers have 1 quality CB & a fraction of the pass rush of the Saints & football team. The Bucs also rushed for 125+ rushing yards on two elite run defense. The Packers don’t have the talent to contain the Bucs offense IMO. I’m liking Tom’s chances at another SB appearance as long as the Bucs play man again.

The packers also have Aaron Rodgers who threw 48 TD's this year and a solid run game. and its his first NFCCG at home. to me this is a 50-50 game. lets not discount them.

That was amazing to hear that and if true, it knocked BB down a couple of pegs in my view.

With Brady doing what he's doing and the spotlight shining on the roster without him, I really think Bill is on the clock.

We are the Rex Ryan Buffalo Bills right now with a better coach. Not a hopeless team but a mediocre one with not much at the QB position, a defense that is ok in spots and weak in others, a pretty good running game and a very weak offense other than that. In 3 seasons they became an AFC powerhouse. So I don't see why Bill can't build a really good football team that can compete for a Super Bowl in that same timeframe. If that doesn't happen and we're still in the same spot then I think the Pats will consider moving on and find another GM. And coach. Look at Coughlin's last season with the Giants. Every coach has an expiry date and so does Bill.

In the meantime even if we miss the playoffs again in 2021 I want to see improvement next year in the roster and know what the plan is to get this team back on top.

He has slipped sure but when you mention weapons say the same thing about Mahomes with two all pros, Rodgers with Adams and Jones, and Allen with Diggs/Beasley/Brown they all have great weapons too yet Brady only gets punished for that
Yet Brady won that game with all pros like Brate/Miller/Johnson + Fournette. Lmao

The excuses these haters keep coming up with are beyond pathetic. Terrible coaching, np. Can't win at night, np. Can't beat good teams, np. Can't win on the road in the playoffs, np. Losing record against Brees, np. He's got weapons, take them away, np.

Brady just makes sh*t happen. We know. We're Pats fans.

They are like Colts fans in 2005.

Watching Tampa's allegedly elite wideouts.
Evans, what one catch 3 yards? And Godwin who Brady totally MISTAKENLY said had the best hands of any receiver he'd ever seen dropping balls in both playoff games including TDs. Godwin has been anti-clutch.
Patriots fans need to reflect on how blessed we were. In the first phase of the dynasty Troy Brown Mr. Clutch. In the 2nd phase Dola, pure clutch plus Edelperson who always came up big in big games. Gronk for the stake in the heart of the Lambs for the close SB win 2018 season. Our players did not vanish and/or drop ket passes come playoff pressure.
I hope the Tampa receiving corpse (sic) re-animates itself vs GB next Sunday otherwise it's unctuous Saint Aaron in the SB. Go Antonio!

Rodgers vs. Mahomes would be pretty unbearable but at that point I think I would have to root for Rodgers. The ball washing of Mahomes would be unwatchable.

Harry was taken where most draftniks predicted he'd go in the 30-45 range. And Dugger wasn't ranked undrafted, he was ranked in the 2nd-3rd and was pretty much the consensus #2 SS

If Arians is smart, he'll pound Fournette and Jones next week. When the Packers have given up 140+ yards on the ground they are 1-3 and 1 of those 3 losses was the Bucs. The 1 win was against the Titans trash defense....

i keep seeing that Brown messed up his knee last night?

I'm very happy with Harris and how Sony looked in the last couple of weeks - we'll see if that carries over to next season - but wouldn't it have been nice if we could have brought Fournette aboard here. Oh well.
