Per thread title, if you were BB, what are your top 3 priorities for this offseason?

1. Remove myself as GM and hire someone else.
2. Have that person draft a QB, TE, WR , Linebackers, O-line and D-line players
3. Help Newton and Stidham pack their bags.

Can't fix everything in one off-season but the QB situation MUST be fixed NOW.

When Cam's passing yards are the worst since Scott Secules we've bottomed out

Get the DT1 in the first round. Use the second round pick to draft a ILB.

Use the COVID affected salary cap situation to obtain a chess piece on offense (whether that is a TE or WR I don't care), a backup swing tackle and finally figure out what vet QB would make the most sense in terms of price and skillset to built around while you keep developing younger QBs in the background.

Fix the run defense and get above average and consistent QB performance and we are easily back in the playoffs.

1. Bring in several young veteran QBs and let them compete. Lose to Baltimore and Arizona and we're currently #3 but we played our way out of that. Lose to the Jets and we could get a Trey Lance but we have so many holes. If we could get a vet like Stafford, JimmyG or Carr then great but if not, get a few like Glennon, Winston, Brissett, Foles, etc, and hope for better results.

2. Last year we passed on a great WR class . . . there's another this year. Trade down a little to pick up an extra pick or two then take someone out of Chase, Smith, Waddle, Bateman. It's a great class, don't pass on it.

3. If he gets to FA, sign Hunter Henry.

Bill can use the rest of the picks on defense (except one for a QB). Add Henry, a #1 pick WR, hope the competition at QB yields a league average player and the offense should be light years better.

Oh, and still draft a QB. After the top 4 there's depth with Jones, Trask, Strong, Newman. Take a shot at one.

1. Let Caserio ride off into the sunset and replace him with a new voice in the war room.

2. Settle both the QB and NT (a true NT) positions via the draft.

3. Use the cap space to fix the WR position and TE position.

That's going to be a lot of cap space. Not a lot of veterans are going to want to come in and work with a rookie QB or a retread.

1. Fix QB by paying for a legit FA (Dalton or Stafford could win here), AND trading up to draft Wilson at #7-ish
2. Pay for a legit playmaking #1TE (not a re-tread 30+ year old slowpoke) & #1WR that you WILL feed (no prima donna's)
3. Keep your OL, and draft a difference maker on the DL/DE.

1. January: reform my scouting and evaluation team and system. Make sure it is on task wrt the draft
2. February: get on my boat and enjoy the free time that a losing record has provided for the first time in 20 years
3. March: Come back refreshed and ready to rock and roll

1) Get a new replay booth co-ordinator
2) Get a new phone
3) Call Goodell and tell him now you have what you wanted for 20 years get off our backs.

Seriously,

1) Review playing and coaching staff with a view to whats required to get the Pats back to the top
2) Fire whoever has been responsible for TE and WR selection and development (exception BB.....lol)
3) Get the FA's and draft picks lined up asap.

1 - Remember that I don't get to change the name of my boat this year

2 - Review the Rutgers draft-eligible list

3 - Start hunting for trade partners to load up on future 3rd round picks

1) Trade up for franchise QB

2) Sign one (or two) second tier WRs

3) Sign Hunter Henry

Use remaining cap space to re-sign players and go BPA in the front seven. I'm not sure people realize the team will have close to 80 million in cap space once Cannon, Edelman & Hightower are released or retired.

O-line? Cam has all day back there. Our O-line is somehow performing the best of any OL in football with an offense that you don't even need to gameplan for. It's astonishing.
