Interesting move by the league as they try and obviously prevent any further outbreaks coming off the holiday:

way to ensure your quality of product, Goon. Oh that's right, we the suckers will pay full load to see your ba$tardized abomination of our once proud national game, "I ,Ubermarshall Goodell, vill declare zee time and zee place where you vill PAY to see vat I vant you to see'

You can always count on Herr Fuhrer Goodell * to fk things up!

The Nfl needs to go to the home bubble now. Only 5 games left. If not they won't finish the season.

These are facts, and for purposes of this website, I have no opinion of any of these facts and whether any actions should or should not be taken (/should or should not have been taken) by individuals or any level of government.

13 million known infections and an unknown underreporting (some say by as much as 90%, in which case, f***.)

The hospitals are packed.

Outcomes of TG yet to be incorporated, indeed, lots of non-reporting on top of the underreporting to date because many states will need to catch up after the weekend (dip and spike predicted, just from folks not getting the data in--followed by any spike from the TG event.)

Christmas/Hanukah up next.

What a vaccine does is helps you not get a disease if you haven't got it yet.

We do not have a cure.

It is unknown whether the playoffs/super bowl will be played at this date, because they have not yet been played.

It is unlikely that the NFL's little mini-lockout is an overreaction, by my lights, but that is an opinion. Maybe everything's fine!

Less than 50% chance now that the season will finish. Would have said 90% a month ago. Sounds like the league agrees.

This is laughable, pure unadulterated idiocy and shows how much the NFL treasures revenue above everything else.

It's a weird move in the sense of keeping the games going, but for 2 days keeping everybody out. Puzzling

At the rate the NYFL is going I'll soon be down to hockey and golf as my only sports, and I'm not even sure that golf is a sport. It could be defined as a game.

This won’t accomplish or prevent a god damn thing. LMAO. It will just allow the NFL to try to get the proverbial cancel culture monkeys off their back by saying, “See! We did something!”

I won't be surprised if Mama Baker locks us down again on Monday!
