If this happened before the draft it would have been pretty enticing. Now especially with another third rounder sacrificed to the league its not something I'd give up anything of value for.

Wouldn't be surprised to see some team make a move/take a shot at guys like Dante Pettis, Anthony Miller, Scottie Miller, even Allen Robinson.

Joel Bitonio is their LG, one of the best in the league...they really don't need Thuney.

I would do LaCosse and a 2nd for Njoku. Probably have similar cap hits for 2020.

Did Njoku finally develop hands or something? Seems like Every time I was watching him he dropped a ton of easy passes...some even for 6. Great athlete but hands are ?

He lead all TEs in dropped passes in 2018. Hardly played in 2019. Ive watched him more than I'd like to admit. Don't get me wrong ..There were times when he explodes off screen and you see the ceiling but he has some injury history - is very inconsistent and flat out drops routine balls..ALOT.

I'd entertain a trade if the price is very low.

I'd take a shot for a pick swap on day 2/day 3 or directly a 5th/6th. But nothing more than that.

You are onto something very much worth watching as far as WR and pass catching backs are concerned. many teams drafted excellent receivers this year. Costly veterans will be shed all around the league. I fully expect a skilled veteran WR will be on the Patriots opening day roster that is not now among the 89 players on the depth chart.

Sorry my post was somewhat in jest. Apparently Desean had an anti-Semitic post on Instagram yesterday so I assume the Eagles are waiting to see if this blows over or not before they decide to do anything.

Too late. We just drafted two TEs. He should have made this known before the draft.

I'd think they are trying to figure out if there is a way to get out of the guarantees on his deal. That is the one aspect you gotta give to BB and Kraft and the way they got rid of Hernandez and AB without putting money first. Others would have waited for AH's arrest to happen or for the league to discipline AB to have a more clean way to get out of those guarantees.

I did not see or hear about the anti-Semitic post when I possted about receivers.

I just looked at the posts and can only shake my head in wonder about how this contributes to the change our society is struggling with amid the pandemic.

Being an old white male, I have nothing to say about a Black Lives Matter era African American male in the midst of a super-charged reckoning over 400 years of oppression posting something about a people who have endured 2000+ years of oppression. I am hopeful that this is a moment of evolutionary change, and I admire our young people today for their courage.
