Not likely. Bill’s not crazy about QBs or any player who gives the ball to the other team as much as Darnold did in college and has in the first two seasons of his pro career. Bill’s QBs don’t “see ghosts”.

This guy should write for the National Enquirer, worst sports writer ever. I've seen 3rd graders write better articles, though I wouldn't take the (click)bait, did not read that article. The headline was stupid enough.

Completely misleading title...article says nothing about whether Belichick actually wants Sam Darnold, just this bozo guessing that Belichick does.

I’m taking Sam Darnold over Jarrett Stidham every day of the week… and twice on Sundays.

Dig up Wonder Woman to lasso the truth out of Bill Belichick, too. The greatest head coach of this generation would come clean and admit that he’d love to have Darnold to continue the Evil Empire’s reign. Instead, he’ll use this season to evaluate whether Stidham is good enough to be the answer in the wake of Tom Brady’s departure.

It’s funny because the throwing coach who works with Darnold Stidham and Allen said he thinks Stidham will be a superstar.
But Bill really wants Sam.
Is it me or a new age in sports that Allen Darnold and Stidham all train together.
I’m sure it will only be a matter of time before Tua Joins them.
The super friends or something.
I’d much rather they strongly dislike each other.

SB1 is going to SB1.

Manish Mehta suffers from football bipolar disorder, in which he alternates between trolling Pats fans and trolling JEST fans.

Well, Darnold has beaten mono (as far as we know.) Can Stidham say the same? Advantage: Darnold.

Obviously, the results vary, but I do believe Stidham being married and having some semblance of stability off the field is highly underrated.

“Stidham also has stability that many young players lack, according to Palmer. His lifestyle allows him to focus on becoming a franchise quarterback, with little outside distractions.”

“Jarrett grew up with a lot of adversity at a young age,” Palmer said. “He’s at a very mature point in his life. He’s married. He’s settled. His life is very organized. That’s a hard thing when guys’ lives are in disarray, and they are trying to be franchise quarterbacks and they’re young — it’s problematic. His life is very set and organized. That sounds lame to a fan, but it’s relevant from my perspective.”

Jarrett Stidham's QB guru believes he'll be a star for Patriots

Thank you Patsfans persons for your comments saving me from wasting a click on Manish Mehta garbage.

Heck, BB the Coach won't even give BB the GM any information like that.

You really think that, Manish?

I'm somewhat surprised he has a job. He legit had a burner for trolling Gase and stirred some real **** in that locker room. He's also been accused of making up stories about former, recent jet players.
