So Brady was chapped with McDaniels?

Nothing wrong with Elvis.

Elvis Nixon is a good movie

A group of us went to see Elvis at the Garden in 71. It was great, though he was already getting a little chunky.

We were in floor seats at about midway and I remember seeing a group of old ladies going nuts in front of us. They were probably in their late 30's. :D

I've been in the "lack of talent around him" camp, but I do find it somewhat telling that TB forcefully responded to comments on his relationship with JM while article after article has been printed on his deteriorating relationship with BB.

He addressed the BB stuff pretty strongly on Howard Stern.

I understand that, but the BB conflict rumors have been out there well before HS, and he did not feel the need to squash them right away. With these comments he did feel the need to do that. The decision to immediately and strongly respond to these comments is much different than how he chose to remain silent on the BB stuff for so long.

TB's speaking up now because he can. He couldn't when he was here.

He didn't want to fan the flames directly. Tom is big into passive-aggressive behavior.

He and Josh are nearly the same age and have been close friends for some time. Both have talked about that in the past. Tom has also talked about how he has a business relationship with Bill so it makes sense to me that he would be more forceful with the Josh report that let's face it was a complete joke. At least much of the Bill stuff was documented, i.e. Guerro, Jimmy, etc.

Maybe, but there is no denying the difference between how he's responded to the comments on his relationship with JM vs how he's responded to comments on his relationship with BB.

Yeah. I think that is part of too. It is refreshing. Makes me look forward to the season even more.

He could have spoken up immediately after the Titans game. The decision to immediately respond to JM comments vs being silent (for the most part) on BB comments says something.

Well Bill is about as a cuddly as a cactus.

All I know is that we need to use the word 'chapped' more often in this way!

Of course because they have entirely different relationships.

“I would say, ‘I don’t have any trust that this guy can help us win the game,’” Brady said to Howard Stern in a March interview. “I’ve definitely expressed my opinion to say ‘If you put him out there, I’m not going to throw him the ball.’ The whole team is trusting me to do what’s right by the team, so you can’t put someone out there who I don’t believe in.”

Those ar Brady's owns words. Not mine, not some hack reporter. Brady's. He chose to be like that. He chose to freeze out guys.

Somewhere along the way, he changed what he wanted to do. He only wanted to throw to his guys. At the time, I didn't think missing OTAs was a big deal, but looking back, reading this and hearing him say it on Stern, I changed my tune. Was it the reason he wouldn't throw to new guy X? No, not solely. Do I believe it contributed? Yup. Do I believe that Brady held back the development of the younger WRs? No, not solely. Did he contribute? Yup. Was he worn down by everything that comes with being Tom Brady, QB of the New England Patriots, 6 Time Super Bowl Champion, GOAT and Future Hall Of Famer? Yup. Do I believe he wishes he could find that joy again? Yup. Do I believe that he's grasping at it by signing with the Bucs? Yup.

He could go to Tampa and have a renaissance with all those weapons. He could go to Tampa, Evans could drop a pass, run a wrong route, look back at Brady and see him with his hands up, going "WTF".

We will see.

This is not true. Our "intellect" resides primarily in the frontal cortex. By the time information reaches the frontal cortex, the limbic system has already attached emotional keys to the experience. In other words, by the time your neo cortex can form the idea of a lion in front of you, you're sympathetic system has already primed you for the fight of flight response.

That said, our intellect does play a huge role in how we react and respond to our emotions. It can also, over time, influence the emotions that the limbic system attaches to sensory experience.
Now please in explain in detail the origins of a Boner.

BB has said the same thing. He has talked about trusting players in key situations in the game. Not just going with the most talented guys but the ones he knows he can trust. I am not sure what to tell you but that is pro football. That is how it is supposed to be done.

Did Brady really give it his all last season? This report seems like its BS. However, it does seem like something was going on with him last season. It looked off once AB was released. You could tell Brady was able to still make the throws but he just didn't care to build any type of rapport with younger WRs as he did in the past.
