1. he was fed the information so he can always say “I thought it was correct”

2. he never implicated Brady. There was a big argument that they were more interested in nailing Kraft or Belichick.

It sucks but a good lawyer is going to tell Brady that it isn’t worth relitigating this 5 years later. If he loses then a lot of people will hold it against him

I would retort an even BETTER lawyer would file a string of RICO violations against NFL Offices and Roger Stokoe Goodell and compile a list of witnesses that INCLUDES Tom Brady.

I read somewhere that they felt the BS witch hunt that was Deflategate to will not age well.
It may have even been a BSPN article.

Just a bunch of entitled trustfund babies that mailed it in during science classes.
They then had to double down on their stupidity and hire Wells/Exponent, shills for corporations like big tobacco and major car manufacturers, asbestos issues....but we all know that.
