N'Keal Harry is brutally offensive to watch, and I believe there is just as much evidence of his bigotry as there is of this rookie kicker. Can we cut Harry instead?
please stop being a ****. This is nothing to do with harry. Protect your 3percent boy if you need to but I for one am cheering all players wearing the shirt next year.
Again I repeat this has nothing to do with harry. Our fifth rd kicker has acknowledged the problem and is proceeding to do his job. Case closed

Would you like to repeat it one more time? I'm just not quite convinced yet. I still think Harry is absolutely brutal, but if you repeat it one more time....just maybe...I could be convinced he wasn't a completely horrendous waste of a first round pick.

By the way...now 26 pages in and still no evidence of bigotry by the kid or the group's site.

you're too ****ing stupid for it to sink in a second time. Sorry

Technically you already did it twice as evidenced by you saying, "I repeat...". No worries, I'll just remember that math isn't your strong suit. Good to know.

never argue with a fool. They take you down to their level and beat you on experience. Good night sir.

Responses:

1. His tattoo is fine, and his beliefs are irrelevant.
2. Why does he owe anybody an explanation?
3. Cite a position from their site that is controversial.
4. So why should he have to answer for anybody in his group. We had a guy playing RB for us who assaulted a man on a football field on national television. Nobody cared. Has this guy done anything close?
5. So judge the individual members as individuals.
6. I have never met anybody who looks to athletes for "political inspiration".
7. You're willfully speculating that you have very little in common with the man politically without knowing a single thing about him. A major problem in 2020.
8. Nor should it anyone.
9. NOBODY has seen any evidence of his bigotry...we actually have clear evidence to the contrary...yet here we are.
10. The kneeling was stupid not because of the act, but because of the fallacy behind it.

I'm heading for some self medication and tube viewing with the wife, so Ill leave this response as my final on the topic as I have largely said what I wanted to say on it.

1. I guess I was saying the same thing, just a different way.
2. He doesn't owe anyone anything. But this is now a story for better or worse, and articulating yourself can go along way to getting past it.
3. At a 50K foot view, probably nothing. But the devil, as always, is in the details. Fighting Injustice sounds good. Whose injustice though? Standing up to tyranny sounds cool? But what do they consider tyranny? The "intent of our government, as defined" OK do they get to define "as defined"?
4. Maybe it was just the way I was raised, but my parents always taught me you are the company you keep. Being a member of group is a choice. If that group keeps questionable friends, then yourself are keeping questionable friends through your membership. I don't know which RB you are referring to.
5. I am and do. But groups who don't self police are in a sense condoning the action of the individual as acceptable when it isn't.
6. I look up to Ali for starters.
7. We all know a couple of things about him don't we? "Willfully speculating" or "an educated guess"? I'm going to "speculate" that a person maybe best described as an "Originalist" (I don't know of a better term for what the 3%ers are, Socially Center Right Libertarians?) and someone who sits firmly left of center don't share a ton of opinions. Let me be clear, there is nothing wrong with that, nor am I saying I wouldn't love to discuss things with him over a Whiskey.
8. This was more a reply to the general theme that anyone discussing this topic who doesn't sit somewhere on the right must be triggered by it.
9. see #4
10. You and I have faaaaaaaaaaaar too much history on the PoFo about topics delving into this theme to take that on any further ia. We are never going to see eye to eye on that topic and further no one here on this main board wants to see us try to discuss it again. We can leave that there.

I can’t translate your brand of stupid

In your opinion

In your opinion

It's my opinion that there is no evidence of his bigotry? That would actually be a fact. Another fact would be that there is evidence that he absolutely is not a bigot.

By the way...26 pages in, going on 27, and still no evidence of bigotry that anybody can pull from the group's website. I'll loosen the standards...just post something controversial from their site.

I also think Mohamed Sanu may be a bigot too. Since we're just making things up to get people kicked off the team, I think he should go too.

you failed to make a point.....zero facts just the stunted limit of your understanding

This thread has gone off the rails.

I never said anything about the kid.....I haven’t been offended by anything.....but I’ll bet anyone that 3% is largely made up of bigots ... if it was a band of nice guys, there would be no need for him to swear the group off.

I also know that like minded people defend each other .... as for moronic tools .... you do that feature as well as anyone

Can't believe there is anyone even here defending this group. Crazy. & why bother when the kid has already said he's ashamed to have gotten a tattoo of their logo?

We know why

He wants to keep his job. You have made no case as to why they shouldn't be defended. Nobody in this entire thread has.
