I never said anything about the kid.....I haven’t been offended by anything.....but I’ll bet anyone that 3% is largely made up of bigots ... if it was a band of nice guys, there would be no need for him to swear the group off.

I also know that like minded people defend each other .... as for moronic tools .... you do that feature as well as anyone

He's a rookie kicker. There is absolutely no need to swear the group off. He is not in the position to be able to fight the media narrative, as fake as it is. If he becomes a superstar and gains some clout, I "bet" he refers back to those now accusing him of bigotry as absolute morons. He is not in the position today. He simply has to give in.

By the way...still no evidence in this entire thread of bigotry by him or from the group's website. I briefly looked at the website, and I couldn't find anything even slightly controversial.

Sounds like something a moronic tool would say

N'Keal Harry is brutally offensive to watch, and I believe there is just as much evidence of his bigotry as there is of this rookie kicker. Can we cut Harry instead?

they’re no different from any other right/alt right/far right group........loaded with bigots

most normal people have more productive things to do
This is true, I ain't got time for to participate in some club. I've been trying to join a trail running club for 4 years, I've gone on exactly 0 trail running events

Nunch...I guarantee you have plenty of time.

Because Kap picked the wrong vehicle to relay his message. Take to Facebook, do TV shows and interviews....organize demonstrations! Incorporating the anthem and the flag was the wrong way to go!! Because what they stand for and the amount of people who died defending it was much bigger than his cause.

Kap knelt and you're still talking about it so he accomplished his mission. Personally I had no problem with Kap kneeling, after I had thought about it, and he clearly stated that it was in support of BLM and not anti-military or whatever. So it was what it was at this point.

I don't understand the heat our kicker kid is receiving because his reasoning behind the tattoo seems to be a patriotic one and not a racist one.

Anyway I have no problem with him being on the team.

How the feck did a thread about the Worst Feckin Pick in the Entire Feckin Draft devolve into this? One more thread to Ignore I guess...

Dude ..... are you constipated?
Your making crazy posts all over the place.

I get it, you don’t like Belichick.
Who do you want to be our coach?

Some quick hit thoughts

1. I hope the Patriots don’t cut him/dont not sign him because of his tattoo or beliefs.

2. I hope that if he honestly, in his heart of hearts, believes in what the 3%ers ideology is, that he explains why he does so and keeps his tattoo.

3. Alternatively if the group has shifted to positions he no longer supports, then I can understand that that, coupled with the spotlight he now lives in as an NFL draftee, getting it covered is a prudent move.

4. As I said to Goose way back in this thread, I have no doubt that there are racist/any other “ist” among the members of this group. That hardly makes this group unique. There are ists in damn near every group.

5. A group’s stated goals/views can and do differentiate from the stated positions of its individual members.

6. Personally I don’t look to many modern athletes for political inspiration. That’s their business and I have mine. I root for Right Leaning athletes just the same as I do Left leaning ones. I rooted for Tim Thomas his entire time in Boston and that dude turned out to be an off the reservation prepper nut as much as my Desert Storm Vet neighbor who was “bummed” that a woman who was off her meds came to my door and tried to break in at 3am instead of his two Xmas mornings ago. (You can guess why he was bummed)

7. I share probably very little in common with Justin Rohrwasser politically and even still, wish him nothing but success professionally. As long as he supports his advocacy within the confines of the law.

8. His tattoo in no way shape or form triggers me.

9. I have seen no evidence of him conducting himself in a racist manner and until such evidence exists, I think it’s unfair to label him as such.

10. I jumped in this thread originally largely because I found it ironic that a member of “Erhmagerd they’re kneeling“ gang had the lack of self introspection to claim other people would be triggered by something.

Something else for the woke to get addled about. The world was a better place when people didn’t put their nose in everyone else’s business. And 25 pages on a frigging kicker that no one ever heard about before last weekend ???

I like your post overall. You did a nice job with it. I do have a problem with 10. Being hypocritical is one of the worse things you can do. Instead of dancing around it, just name the person. That’s what I have an issue with. There are so many frauds in the media covering the Rohrwasser thing, btw. I can name at least 3. There are many more.

I’m not dancing around anything nor am I being hypocritical. I replied directly to them on page 2 of this thread and said exactly the same thing I am saying here now. And that post remains for all to see.

Responses:

1. His tattoo is fine, and his beliefs are irrelevant.
2. Why does he owe anybody an explanation?
3. Cite a position from their site that is controversial.
4. So why should he have to answer for anybody in his group. We had a guy playing RB for us who assaulted a man on a football field on national television. Nobody cared. Has this guy done anything close?
5. So judge the individual members as individuals.
6. I have never met anybody who looks to athletes for "political inspiration".
7. You're willfully speculating that you have very little in common with the man politically without knowing a single thing about him. A major problem in 2020.
8. Nor should it anyone.
9. NOBODY has seen any evidence of his bigotry...we actually have clear evidence to the contrary...yet here we are.
10. The kneeling was stupid not because of the act, but because of the fallacy behind it.

Fair enough.
