I’m looking forward to seeing him kick. He seems to be a good fit kicking in bad weather as well as he does. He also seems pretty clutch.
That’s if he’s still on the team. Never count out Robert Kraft when it comes to bowing to public pressure.

Master troll IllegalContact hard at work in this thread...

good job ignoring me, midget-boy

I get people were mad at the time about AB, but after seeing all that transpired, I can’t see how that could have lasted the season.

We could have gotten Tyler Johnson WR taken 161 and ranked as r2-3 pick ,did not go to combine.would have given us Harry, and Johnson,Myers, and for now Jules..Pats have signed several small wr/return players as Udfa

Yeah I really don’t get this at all. We released him in week 2. That means the entire season went by without a team picking him up. Virtually every analyst thinks he’s got a suspension or exemption list coming the minute he is signed. Tom Brady who we know wants to play with him has his brand new team going out of its way to disqualify him. Philadelphia was desperate for a receiver last year and didn’t touch him. He’s still not signed

I was hoping they'd take the goggles kid. Blankenship.

The irony of some fans of a team named the PATRIOTS being outraged by someone supporting Three Percenters is absolutely amazing.

Boston was the birthplace of the American Revolution. Sadly these days it’s closer to the Bolshevik Revolution.

Hear hear. It's literally named after a bunch of Boston Patriots which led to the founding of this country. The other funny weird part is for people really triggered by this, did they equally flip out when Tom Brady went to GW Bush's state of the union speech, or when Bob Kraft endorsed Trump

an article by Hill, an always upset at everything columnist, and a few posters on a fan message board amounts to "public pressure"?

I am not seeing it, unless we get an ESPN screen crawl at the bottom, updating us every 5 minutes of the "latest from Mort"

So was I. I wonder what it was that they didn’t like about him. Some of his low kicks, perhaps?
No idea. I didn't know he kicked it low. I just know he had cool goggles. ;)

I live in Huntington, WV, home of Marshall Univ. I called the Pats drafting this kid (I said 4th round) on his twitter. Not sure why he wasn't rated more highly. I don't know all the history of the 3%rs, but their professed ideology is not racist. I'm sure, like many other groups, some of their members are racist. That doesn't mean he is. The kid apparently likes guns and doesn't trust the government. That's half the country. I've never herd of him getting in trouble in town or having any issues with teammates. Yeah, Kraft could legally cut him, but why? The Pats apparently loved what they saw of him. By all accounts, he's clutch. Give him a chance.

You didn’t actually see the bevy of articles that came out the next day about this kid’s tattoos and his Tweets? Consider yourself lucky. Apple decided that it was important enough to send me a push notification.

Words are truly insufficient to describe what happened at pick #159...

I just hope this kid isn't shell shocked by all the national attention for something he did at age 17.

So the kid said he's going to cover the tattoo. Smart choice. Look you make mistakes when you're young and dumb. I'm willing to overlook this as long as he becomes the best kicker this franchise has ever had. ;)

Disparities do not tell you anything without first looking at behavior. Looking at disparities without first examining the actual behavior is pointless. If you want to get into the various causes of the behavior, I'm more than willing to have that discussion. However, you first have to acknowledge disparities in actual behavior do exist.

If I told you drownings increase with the sales of ice cream, would you assume ice cream causes drownings. You're part of a very large group that allows your own biases to blind you from obvious truths and realities. You are part of the problem. Hold people accountable for their behavior, and stop blaming the invisible boogieman.

Racism exists, and it always will. People judging and treating people poorly for a countless number of reasons has always taken place, and it will be taking place well after you and I are gone. People will hate others because they are black, because they are white, fat, skinny, smart, dumb, rich, poor, smelly, pleasant smelling, tall, short, wear glasses, don't wear glasses, etc., and they always will. Get over it.
Do you think a poor black kid would have gotten away with The Twinkie defense?
