You really do understand very little. The worst of it is your gripes and complaints aren't even yours. You don't have an original thought of any kind. You are simply parroting the Skip Bayliss's and Stephen A's of the world. You have no understanding of football or the team building process. Welcome to ignore.

WOW, this is a message.

A D2 safety at 37 is hilarious. Still can't get over that one.

Also, is it normal for a D2 supposed "super athlete" to nearly get run down on punt returns? I would think D2 "super athletes" would pull away from people. Maybe after 6 years in college you get a little fatigued.

How well do the guys in the trenches do when 5 or 6 are blocking 8? Good luck getting people out of the box with 2 of the slowest WRs in the league on the outside.

Now I understand. You just don't get how football is played.

How's your Madden team doing?

Shouldn't you be shucking corn or something at this hour?

Tell me more? What hasn’t made sense?

Biggest positional issue on offense was TE. We addressed it

Defensively, we lost both KVN and Collins. We addressed this.

Chung is getting old. We addressed this.

We replaced Ghost.

Not gonna fix everything in one draft. We still need help at wr and to this point need a 3rd Qb. But all in all the pats have done a good job addressing some glaring needs.
I like most of the picks. I don’t like the fact we traded up for most of them when the same players would probably be available when we were picking. None of the picks we picked were picked after they were expected to be picked. We jumped up to pick players that were predicted to go later than we picked them

Football is played by taking advantage of mismatches. It's truly no more complicated than that. Early in the Pats run they would go with multiple WR sets (Brown, Patten, Givens, Branch) and bank on our 3rd and 4th WR being able to beat your 3rd or 4th DB. Then they tried drafting 2 first round TEs to create mismatches that way. They then went through some poor skill position groupings and finally loaded up in 2007 with mismatches everywhere. In 2010 we went back to the two TEs, but this time it actually worked. And so on and so on.

Now here we are....we're in a place where we have 1st rd and 2nd rd WRs (I'm calling Sanu our 2nd rd WR since that's what we gave up for him) that can't beat d linemen in man coverage.

We'll be facing defenses with everybody within 10 yards of the LOS all year. And I'm sure our OL is going to be extremely dominant with the loss of Dante. Losing him went real well last time.

Thing is all teams big boards are different. You can’t just go off the media’s mock drafts they put out. It’s possible both TEs could’ve been had later but it’s not a given. If the pats had a higher grade on those TEs and you combine it with the fact that before this week we had ZERO NFL quality TEs on the roster is it that bad to trade up to get those players?

Just throwing this out there but once we went up to get the TEs it forced the Saints to make a decision. Stand pat and hope Trautman fell to 130 or option 2 which is what they did...trade their remaining day 3 picks to move up to grab him at 105. Saints were saying once Asiasi and Keene went the drop from Trautman to the next best TE was large.

Is this where you guys are talking about the Trent Richardson trade?

my god that has to be one of the worst asset value control in a while. You wait till everyone has used up there cap and drafted Tackles to trade him for a ****ing 3rd How embarrassing

So why again are you crapping on this draft when were attempting to create mismatches by acquiring 2 TEs?

Because we drafted 2 TEs who were mediocre (at best) in college.

Also, because we have no WRs, and we drafted a 6 yr D2 safety at 37 in what was considered the "deepest WR draft ever".

May be better if you actually see how this plays out and see how these two are utilized in our offense before you just plant your foot in the ground.

I need to jump in here because literally every single thing you say here is wrong. Not just a couple of points but every single thing you said. You ended with a fitting comment because what happened last time Dante retired? Um, we won the SB.
