Cassh Maluia, OLB
Career Snapshot: Three-year starter who was named Honorable Mention All-Mountain West and made 61 tackles (seven for loss) with two interceptions as a senior in 2019. Made 74 tackles (3.5 for loss) with one interception and three pass breakups as a sophomore. Suspended one game in 2018 after an offseason arrest for driving under the influence.

Positives: Intense defender who chases around the field and sells out to make plays. Flows well laterally, uses his hands to protect himself and plays fierce, nasty football. Violent hitter who goes after opponents. Forceful up the field on the blitz and gets depth on pass drops.

Negatives: Gets caught up the field and in the trash. Stiff and possesses average quickness and speed. Struggles in coverage.

Analysis: Maluia was a solid college linebacker who lacks the size and speed for the next level. His intensity is infectious and could help him catch on as a special-teams player.

Giving Stidham a below average WR group his first year could force him to work on fundamentals rather than have his WRs bail him out for bad throws. May be good in his long term development.

I’m sorry what? How is that a recipe for winning. Dudes confidence is going to be shattered

Oh not winning. I'm under the assumption that it's realistic that we aren't making a deep playoff run, so it's mainly looking towards developing Stidham as a QB - if he's the guy.

Who you got?
Sorry just saw this. Definitely would have liked to take a shot at a WR in these late rounds but options were limited by then.

Amazing, Bill lol'd at the whole "Great WR class"

Obviously! Considering the last few years of drafting maybe he should
No, he shouldn't.

Let's put the draft in the hands of Todd McShay....

************.

Old now, but..:(

JAX - Tyler Davis - TE - Georgia Tech
BUFF - Isaiah Hodgins - WR - Oregon St
PACKERS - Jake Hanson - C - Oregon

Lucky if win 5 games next year... Just Tank for Trevor already haha

I strongly believe this team has a chance to be like the Bills of last year. Dominant defense and offense that has enough talent to get it done. Our OL should still be a Top 10 group next year.

What talent on offense?

This defense will be gashed vs the run.

I think they will be competitive and fun to watch.

Thank you! From a psychological standpoint, I feel like I'm playing with house money. Thanks to the unexpected mountain of trophies, I can spend the rest of my Pats fan days relaxing and enjoying the show.

I’m a BB homer. Having said that : you can tell from a mile away when he « thinks he has it » vs not...

Example : 2007. He traded a few picks for vets (awesome vets) and didn’t make many selections. He knew they were stacked and the likelihood of his picks making the roster were poor. So why take many ?

2020. Despite having one pick (originally) in the first two rounds, he chooses many players. I suspect he sees many of them making the squad.

Not rocket science, as we know there’ll be a dip (generous phrasing). Regardless of the words that come out of his mouth in coming weeks/months, the number of picks is telling.

PACKERS - Simon Stepaniak - G - Indiana
