Rohrwasser in 2019:
40–49: 5/6
50+: 2/2

8th ranked kicker, #530 overall on CBS. Not sure they needed to draft him here

maybe, but if they guy is going to be the starting kicker, why risk it?

I just happened to be wearing my signed Troy Brown Jersey when the kicker was drafted. Troy will always be my favourite NFL player
Good karma I think.

he hasn’t drafted a pro bowler since 2013. I don’t trust him in the draft anymore

Eh, that's not uncommon. Even good picks usually don't make pro bowls until their 3rd season or so, Flowers Mason and Thuney all could easily have been named to pro bowls

I love the pick because it is an immediate need and they got the one they wanted. At this point in the draft, expecting somebody to contribute is laughable. This guy is gonna start

laughable? A couple good Wr That produced well in tough conferences still out there

With their established vet receivers, Brady won't even look at Johnson.

If he’s good, Brady will look his way. Harry sucks, and Brady realized that so he didn’t look his way

To be completely honest - if Fromm falls all the way to the Pats - that has quite a few parallels to Brady falling to 199 way back when. Lots of guys taken before him. Bad combine. Intangibles undervalued.

Deja vu.
I get how from afar Fromm looks like a steal. But I live in Atlanta and have had him shoved down my throat for 3 years. (I'm a Georgia Tech guy) He checks every box as an elite NFL quarterback until he actually throws the ball and then you see that he has a noodle for an arm. He can't make most of the NFL throws; it's as simple as that. My UGA buddies used to joke that if you could put Fromm's head onto Jacob Eason's body you would have the perfect NFL quarterback. They weren't wrong.

I'm officially pissed now.

It is truly hard to believe how bad the 2020 WR group is going to be. Hopefully the upcoming season will persuade BB to leave the offensive skill player drafting to somebody else. At this point the track record is what it is. He is a brutal talent evaluator of college skill players. Not drafting an above avg WR since Branch is almost comically inept.

Goodell is sooooo lame.

still 7 years without any pro bowlers is alarming

and it’s clear belichick loves to take projects and reach in the draft rather than take established production. His track record at wr is abysmal. Amazing coach on the field!

Honestly since when did this entire board become experts on kickers?

definitely a position that school, division etc doesn’t matter. I’m sure the kid has a leg on him and they did due diligence... we seemed to do just fine last kicker we drafted

OMG dood, Jesus if this stuff pains you this much you really should go root for another team, or at least stop posting here.

Tough when you are either losing draft pix or drafting from the bottom of the board...

OTOH since 2013 they have been to 4 Superbowls and won 3, so pro bowlers are not that big of a deal.. when was the last time you seriously watched a Pro Bowl???
