Imagine how Rogers would respond to BB's coaching. It would most likely go down in flames very quickly.

Imagine Rodger's reaction if he was still on the Pat McAfee stream when they drafted Love.

I don't think we are in 2010-2016 anymore.

Last year he had 1000 pass yards more than the league MVP and threw less picks, in a down year for him with no weapons.

He's an elite QB.

Agree on cap issue.

The worst possible outcome from this season would be going 8-8 or 7-9 and Stidham being average. That's no man's land. If Stidham isn't the guy, who is?

Rodgers and BB would be a match made in hell. Oil and water. This will never happen. Nor should it.

GB already assigned Love a jersey number and it's been 12 hours...

That’s the type of season they’re likely to have and they need to hope stidham shows franchise QB type of stuff otherwise it will feel like a wasted season.

Oh come on, this is hypothetical. If Rodgers came here everyone would love it, he's currently the second best QB on earth... if you voted no you're lying to yourself and this forum!

Mahomes is the undisputed best QB in the league. And he will be for at least the next ten years or so. I could see him having four SB rings, and four more league MVP's by his age 30 season.

After him, I would go:

Wilson
Jackson
Watson
Brees
Brady
Rodgers

Yes for one reason. I think he can play past 40. He got a late start and avoided serious injury much of the time. That being said they don't have the team to win with him here. I think they are probably better off just going full rebuild mode in the long run.

Yeah...Mahomes, Wilson then everybody else is whatever..

Yeah I want big (11-5; Pro bowl Stidham) or small (2-14; terrible QB play). But I do believe we will get in between.

It would be refreshing to have a down-field offensive attack. Bill could unleash Lee and the next crop of UDFA WRs.

A lot of factors at play for the next 10 years. Once mahomes has his big payday decisions are gonna need to be made on who stays and who goes with that roster. There’s gonna come a time when he won’t have the great offensive weapons he has currently. And who’s to say there won’t be a qb who’s becomes better in this years draft and future drafts?

That's my top 7 also, in a different order.

My point is that it's really arbitrary if, in my opinion he's the 2nd best pure passer in the league, or the 7th best, as in your opinion.

What we are saying is that currently half the people on this forum would say no to a top 5 NFL QB IF the terms worked out, which I find amusing. :D

Whoa whoa whoa.... slow your roll, my friend... Mahomes isn't exactly a pure running QB, but he certainly relies very heavily on his quickness. That same quickness ain't going to be there at 35 like it is at 25.

Id do it if it doesn’t cripple the cap too much. This team can win right now with rodgers and some help at wr/te

Yeah, it looks like that today -- maybe Mahomes scores himself half a dozen titles, who knows -- but there's some recency bias here. As great as Mahomes has been, look at all the incredible QBs that came before Brady with barely a fraction of the accomplishments.

Moreover, the AFC is rich in young QB talent: Mahomes, Jackson, Watson are < 25yo. (Baker, if you're into that sort of thing, is only 25.) Enter Tua & Burrow. And it's 50/50 Lawrence enters that mix next year. (The NFC, by contrast, is a totally different story.) The competition will be stiff -- for the Chiefs and for us.

It would be cool to have a gay player on our team but outside of that I don't see the upside.
