Wilson in the first. Wow. Another guy I thought would be a really reasonable choice if we picked up a second rounder. 29th is a bit rich for me, though.

‘Where are you on Josh Jones? Is he Solder-like?

Needed to take a walk after that hot garbage. Stupid coach. Just waiting for the announcement that Robert Kraft bought the Buccaneers so he can leave us too

Obvious fix for you: why wait?

So tomorrow they trade the 2nd for a 1st next year and then trade edeleman for a 4th? Wait till 2021 when they have $100M in cap space for then and use 2020 to see how Stidham looks.

I will never understand all these draft guys talking about players needing another year in college.

This isn't 2000 when being a top 5 pick vs the 50th pick will cost you 80 million dollars in your first contract. These players need to get in early and get to that 2nd contract as young as possible. Why play for an unpaid year in college if you know your good enough to be drafted? Makes no sense.

Also with that 5th year option and franchise tag you better get in ASAP.

Imagine playing in college till you are 23 and then you play 4 years for low money, get that 5th year option and get franchised and suddenly you enter FA eyeing 30 years old. That is ancient for a lot of positions.

Does Miami take the RB now? Do they Take McKinney? Do they add another protector in Jones?

Stay tuned!

That if your still assigning fake points to quantify value on picks that you got not one clue.

Uh, the draft value charts are an informal consensus agreed to by the league to facilitate trades. So the entire league has no clue -- but you do?

Bills drafting a running back tomorrow

It's none of the above!

Miami is taking Noah Igbinoghene

‘Where are you on Josh Jones? Is he Solder-like?

Maybe? I'm not 100% convinced on him, but he's definitely someone I could see us taking. I'd feel better if Scar were still here, but he's a logical target.

The Ravens are the best organization in the NFL right now.

I wonder if the Pats thought he would be at 37

If they thought Love was >> Stidham they wouldn't have taken that chance. Further indication that BB believes in Stidham. We'll see if it's misplaced.

He's actually pretty decent when he stays away from cornerbacks and safeties with a day-3 grade (e.g., Chung, GRONK, Collins, Light).
I just had a minor panic attack thinking of X Mckinney being drafted at 37 and busting entirely.

Copied from pats subreddit.

Picks that benefit us in 2020 - 1

2018: Isaiah Wynn - Injury Prone, decent player
Sony Michel - Injury Prone, not very good
Duke Dawson - lol, traded
Ja’Whaun Bentley - Injury Prone
Total Picks - 9
Picks that benefit us in 2020 - 3 if they can stay healthy. Sony isnt anything special and we still havent really seen anything from Bentley. I dont even know what to say about this draft. Just bad decisions all around.

2019: N’Keal Harry - injury prone, we’ll see
JoeJuan Williams - havent seen enough
Chase Winovich - ok player, we’ll see
Damien Harris - RB depth, unproven
Yodny Cajuste - probably injury prone
Hjalte Froholdt - probably injury prone
Jake Bailey - good pick
Total picks - 10
Picks that benefit us in 2020 - too early to tell. Lots of injury prone guys here though. Bailey is great though.

Total players drafted since 2014 - 52
Total good draft picks since 2014 - 15 including the 2019 draft guys since its too early to tell could be lower depending on how Cajuste and Froholdt do.
Conclusion - we have had **** drafting for a while now.

Guy is crying he’s going to the Dolphins.
