I think Indy, NO, Buffalo, Atl, 49ers & Sea are all candidates to trade back into the 1st Rd. Or find themselves in a trade with us. Rams are another team to keep an eye on. No 1st until 2022, a 2nd next year. They could still be dumb desperate and want to get into this draft, early. I'd gladly take extra picks from them ...

Don't be surprised or upset if we trade into next year. QB class is A LOT better, deeper. And there's. sure to be chaos bc of what's going on. You'll want more picks next year trust me.

Pats visited with more WR and TE than any other team: 18/38 of their visits.
Yep I noticed that too when looking at the tweet I posted. QB was 3rd or 4th.

It's well known we basically look at every QB to get a "self-scouting report" on the QB's entering the league. Seeing what they know, tendencies, strengths etc. I assume those are the type of visits we're having. There are a few guys that fit us but I think we roll with Stid and maybe get someone mid-late round to compete.

We're definitely interested in reshaping our pass catching targets. That much is known. There's no way we're feeling comfortable there.

Unless we pick up a 2nd before the draft starts, I’d say it’s pretty likely we trade back from 23 IMO.

Too late for me in the UK , I dont want to stay up until 3 in the morning only to find out BB has traded into the second round......terrible not a true fan;)

I'm always asleep when the Pats select, usually get a notification on my phone, and either glance at it and go back to sleep, or if it's really good, I can't sleep for an hour or so. Believe it or not, Sony Michel was my favorite player for the Pats in the 2018 draft, my uncle texted me saying "congrats on getting Sony Michel" (I was asleep), and couldn't sleep for another couple of hours. The Pats have NEVER selected my favorite player until that day. Unfortunately various knee injuries/surgeries have limited Sony's explosiveness.

My favorite player for the Pats this year is WR Denzel Mims from Baylor. If they draft him (highly unlikely), I will have trouble sleeping after I get the notification. I have a feeling I will be sleeping like a baby tonight.

I have the same feelings. Sometimes some events are too stressful but on the other hand you are looking forward what happens.
BTW - if I choose one player who I admire the most and dream about him as a Patriot it would be Reagor.

For me it would be Kinlaw
Immediately our best DT and boost our front seven

Keep hearing these rumors about Tua. Its very unlikely they'd trade up to get him. The reason for this is because he's not the typical BB quarterback. He likes players who have a big frame and Tua is only 6 foot. More likely is Justin Herbert who would be a fit but they would have to trade with lions or dolphins to get him. Ive never seen Bill trade up that high. Most likely were stuck with stidham.

BB cares much more about whether a player is good at football than how tall he is. Thus, Tua is way more of a fit here than Herbert.

Mostly true, but I believe BB cares about leadership, accuracy, dependability, poise, versatility and winning much more than height. The only position he seems to never compromise in regards to size is LB. But hey, we’ll see..

I think its due time that Belichick goes back to what used to piss fans off and grab a TE with his first pick in the 2nd round after he trades out of the first round and one that could have been drafted in the later rounds - Probably Hunter Bryant - although I still think he looks at Jacob Eason in the 2nd round

Hunter Bryant is the last TE I’d want. He’s more of a glorified WR, but we’ll see..

Well I mean this is the most important draft for the organization in 2 decades so theyll want to get it right
