Rosters are nowhere near set, yet.

If you base it off just last year + moves to date, the Bucs are 1 of 11 NFC teams in playoff contention (everyone but the Giants, Lions, Redskins, Cardinals and Panthers).

With that offense I say they make it to at the very least the NFC Championship game.

If they cancel the season, does he still get the $25 million?? Would love to see the contract since it was signed after the crap hit the fan...

I hope they have 2 home playoff games so I can flip my 2 new season tickets twice.
Greed is good

I’m really burning out my “ignore thread” button this week. The Pats may have no legit tight end for the second year in a row and I’m supposed to put mental effort into how many wins our ex-quarterback will have next year?
You forgot the “who the f*ck cares” option.

So, there are fewer training camp days due to the new CBA, facilities are likely going to stay closed til June or later, due to Covid 19. Brady is going to have all new weapons, new coaches and new schemes.

And some of you think he’s winning the Super Bowl?

this season will reward continuity even more than usual, not bold free agent signings.

Yet you entered a thread with a very clear title of the very thing you're saying you're trying to ignore? Lol

Anyway, that's a fun schedule against some good QB's. I will enjoy watching. I say they make the playoffs as a wild card.

Runner up in division and possible wild card.

No SB, but with Brady once again taking a pay cut (he could demand at least 30m) I fully expect TB & TB to make the playoffs.

In the early 90's Marcus Allen and other excellent players joined Joe Montana in Kansas City and made the conference championship game.

It's 2020 not the 90s. You guys spend to much time worrying about the past. What's done is done.
We all need to let it go. The dude is gone. He is someone else's problem now. Don't know if he will be successful nor do I care. Wish he had retired instead.

Yuck.

There are a bunch of NFC teams that just make me want to puke. They're basically unwatchable. NY Giants, Carolina, Atlanta, Tampa Bay (previously), Detroit, Chicago, Arizona, Washington. When these teams play against each other, I literally cannot even watch it.

Without Winston’s turnovers the defense will improve quite a bit. Lavonte David, Devin White is a couple of nice names. They stiml got some room to add.

The Washington Redskins won the Super Bowl three times, two of them coming in seasons affected by players' strikes, 1982 and 1987. They did so because of superior front office planning and organization, led by Joe Gibbs and Bobby Beathard. If training camps and the season are shortened because of the pandemic, the Patriots will benefit because they have one of the best front offices in the league. I am not sure that the same can be said of Tampa Bay.
