With Winovich BB is transforming the D into blond locks defenders. Always ahead of the curve.
Basically a Shelton replacement. Obviously BB was not confident that Danny would consistently play up to his renewed contract.

Fact: You don’t know a damn thing about him. Since when are DT tackle and sack stats useful, especially with the defense that the Pats run? Eagles fans who have actually seen him play like him a lot and say that he is hella underrated.

Every year, the same. Posters want the team to overpay for the TOP free agents on offense, almost all of which are free agents because their old teams wouldn't pay them.

I shouted "TOP" because we did sign a WR who is likely our #4 at the moment.

I hit agree until I realized we traded for all 3 of those guys midseason which is a very different situation from open free agency.

This shows that we should wait further into the season to evaluate who Belichick has acquired. We might wait at least 3 full hours!

• Fact: He went from a backup on the Eagles to a starter on the Bucs, and lost that starting job after 8 games.
  
• Fact: As of now, he's a 1:1 Shelton replacement, but Shelton was getting starts and having at least some decent games.
• Fact: Shelton had 3 sacks in 2019. Allen has 2.5 sacks in his career.

So, coming in, Allen is a shell of 2019 Shelton, which was a shell of 2016 Shelton, which was a shell of 2016 Allen Branch, which was a shell of Wilfork.

nobody said anything about over paying, I didn't even use that word. I would however like to see someone signed that can help the offense since that is the bigger ? mark going into the season, not the defense !
