Brady's leadership will also have to return to form. Why wouldn't it be plug and play? The Bucs scored 29 a game with Winston. If Brady is healthy you don't see them improving?

I agree that TB is now a playoff team. They didn't need much, especially on offense. They will add the needed RB when they decide on one.

The issue is that Arians, Lefwhich and Brady need to develop an offensive system that will best suit Brady and the team. Then the team must learn that system, in a shortened offseason.

As an aside, it will be difficult to convince Brady that interceptions don't matter; they really are often the equivalent of punts.

They also gave up 28.1 ppg, a total of 449 points, almost TWICE what the Patriots gave up (225)..

Yes, TB needs improvement on defense. However, they are likely to be a playoff team even without that improvement. The offense will score more and keep the defense off the field more.

Here's a question I haven't seen addressed. Are the Bucs going to adopt the offensive scheme Brady has run for 20 years or is he going to have to learn a new system???? If it's the former which is notoriously difficult ( ask the Patriots' rookies) how are they going to implement it if everyone is quarantined and OTAs could be eliminated or very limited???

While Leftwich is the O.C., Arians is famous for adapting his scheme in order to fit the strengths of his QBs. So, I think we can expect some hybridization, but with an emphasis on what Brady does so brilliantly.
