One thing to note about Stidham: he did well enough last offseason that the Patriots were willing to cut Hoyer and pay him $1.5M to not play for them.

What else are they going to say though? The Broncos loved Trevor Siemian too after Manning retired and Ossweiler left. Let’s see how Stidham does in camp before we think he’ll be any good, and in the meantime bring in some at least mediocre competition so that the team doesn’t completely go down the toilet if Stidham doesn’t have it.

Foles is a Bear, so one less target and also one fewer place for a free agent to sign.

Stidham or tank for a QB. There is no other answer right now. We’ve already given up on the season.

One thing is certain. There will be competition at QB thiis summer.

I understand. You don't bother watching the entire season. You skip the playoffs. All that matter to you is whether a player won in the Super Bowl.
