No one really wants to live in Mass (Lord knows I got out as soon as I could), now add to that they fact that the Pats don't even play anywhere remotely near Boston. How are you going to get free agents to come and play in Foxboro? Sell them on the Olive Garden at Patriots Place? or the new casino a mile down the road?

Brady is leaving for a place with better weather and more media opportunites (I'm guessing the Chargers). But now the Pats no longer have Brady which basically was the only real drew to free agents. I'm sure guys are lining up to play for BB who just showed the greatest QB in the history of the NFL the door.

I don't think you guys fully understand how bad it is going to get for the Pats. I was there at 1-15, in January, freezing on aluminum benches.

I can never understand people saying "no one wants to live there" etc., when the place is clearly overcrowded and full of people that can't get to where they want to go.

Clearly, people aren't leaving this place they don't want to be fast enough.

If AB avoids suspension then Tampa could have Evans, Godwin, AB, Howard, and Brate. Finally Brady would have the type of weapunz that Manning had.

This. “System” is probably the most misused word in sports. You just described what the “system” is, but people think it’s the scheme.

For instance, “he wouldn’t do well in this system” or he’s a “system player” doesn’t make any sense. That’s the scheme.

Lets make something clear. I'm really sick of hearing and reading how "Kraft cut Brown". The person, the only person, who cut AB was AB. Kraft did not post threats to a woman and her children, AB did. If I were a business owner and an employee of mine did that, on top of the other problem he had, I would have fired him no matter if he was the top producer in the company.
AB was given a chance that very few would get given his antics in Pitt and Oakland. HE was the one who blew it- no one else.

Tampa is where careers go to die. I can't believe he would go there over the Chargers (where people hold out and get traded).

By the time last season rolled around, Brady was ready to move on even when the Patriots were willing to extend him.

The fences could’ve been mended prior to 2019, and an extension could’ve been reached in the 2017-2018 range, which would’ve made team and player happy.

It’s a shame that didn’t happen, but such is life.

The whole Antonio Brown situation made me see Brady in a different light. Brady was willing to support, even now, an abusive and unstable man for the sake of victory. By the end of the season, Tom's standing by Brown hurt team morale. At the same moment he defended Brown, he fumed on the sideline and didn't work with the younger players in a substantial way. The players likely could tell Brady thought little of them and wasn't sticking around.

Super Bowl-era Brady is something to cherish forever. Pouting and selfish Brady in the twilight with a bum shoulder - let's just say, it was time to move on.

Yeah all these people live in a different universe than we do. She has some filth on her for sure. Just their world.

Big mistake if true. Chargers have a defense and they’re getting Derwin James back. Their pass defense allowed 200. 6 yards per game. Run defense needs work. Meanwhile the bucs have a terrible pass defense. Gave up 28.1 points per game. Brady better no pout when the defense can’t stop a nosebleed. Also the nfc where it’s a lot tougher. All you have in the afc are mahomes and lamar jackson.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some TB12. But Tom had a weapon Manning never had. A weapon worth more than any wide receiver. His name is Bill Belichick.
