The Colts need a QB and just got rid of their 1st rounder. They probably are pursuing Brady and believe they are landing either him or Rivers. They kept the Buckner trade quiet until it was announced, so it might be the same with Brady.

Either that or they know Luck is coming back and have yet to announce it.

Who is bashing? I said he’s a sub .500 HC without Brady and his personnel mistakes have also cost the team more titles over the years. Those two simple facts have caused half the thread to lose their minds and cause people to contort themselves into pretzels in order to avoid admitting that. Why are we suddenly giving the man the benefit of the doubt that he will be able to continue this, no sweat, when history has shown him to be incapable of doing so as a HC without Brady. This transition is going to be a lot more difficult than many of you are letting on and his career record without Brady doesn’t afford him that kind of a faith from me. Simple as that.

What if...and this might sound crazy...Belichick has a chance of either doing well without Brady, or not doing well without Brady? Could it be at all within the realm of possibility that we don't actually know for sure what the outcome of this will be?

The only reason you are going at BB is you are pissed Tom is done here and you taking it out on BB.

With Bill as HC and having control over the roster and stable ownership, the NEP are 14-6 without Brady. They could go 4-12 next year. They could go 11-5. There is no data from the last 12 year which points to the NEP sucking w/o Tom.
