Thats not how I see it. He didn't reference Brady or the Patriots in any way. He cited a violation of the NFL rules that was the basis of deflategate. People are just crying because its Republican Ken Starr.

As for Starr the only thing that matters in this context is the avowed Cowboys fan seemingly firing one across the bow of our Pats. That's enough for me to place him solidly in douche territory regardless of any other affiliations he may have.
