Jimmy Garoppolites appreciation thread

Not only that but overthrowing a potential td and staring down his wideouts. I think the 49ers know what they have with jimmy g.

That play was not a given.

A hard throw for anyone to make

See 07 Pat's vs giants brady to moss who has 3 feet on his defenders.

Unless there was a trade, and substitution, that I don't know about, Brady had nothing to do with who threw the two SF picks tonight.

And that last pick by jimmy had nothing to do with the outcome

You can deflect all you want but get in the right lane.

First one yes

Second one just meh.

Kermit int way worse

It's funny how you blame someone else for the last pick but apparently negate Brady's TD drives during an exact same situation.

Brady >>>> Jimmy

If that’s the case then those people are the idiots. Brady was midway through an MVP season en route to a Super Bowl appearance, followed up by a Super Bowl win the following year. To argue they should’ve given that up for the unknown is preposterous. I love Jimmy and think he may end up with a ring but I don’t think his career ever amounts to anything in the same stratosphere as Brady.
Of course it won’t. He enters his 7th season next year

Brady is the goat.

But jimmy didnt blow a 10 point lead.

Just like brady didnt blow an 18 point lead in 06.

Absolutely. By miles.

Also better than 2020 brady.
Brady Is also a 6 time SB champ. Sure Mahomes is a better QB in 2020, but point is any great can win a game even in the face of diversity. Brady has. Mahomes did. Jimmy G did not.

I would like to see mahomes play with brady’s unit in 2020.

We can all disagree with alot of things, and best believe I think brady got ****ed this year.

But are we really gonna debate if 23 year old mahomes or 42 year old brady are the same?

There’s so much your defense can do. 20-10 and you don’t put the nail in the coffin. 20-17 and your offense goes 3 and out. At this point all the momentum was with the chiefs. You cannot go 3 and out there.

Jimmy lost the game.... I guess

The officiating here was worse than 05 Steelers vs hawks.

Brady didnt have the best game oast year in the superbowl either. 0 td and an int on the first ****ing pass too.

**** happens.

I'm not deflecting, so quit being a fool. I literally did not watch a single snap of the game. Having said that, I know that it's usually not "insane" (that was your word) to think that a QB who threw 2 picks might have been a problem in a loss.

He didnt win the game. That I know.

But he didnt lose it either.

The big turning point in this game was with 5:30 left, SF had a 2nd and 4 on their hmm around 42 yard line and a 20-10 lead. Instead of running with 3 great runners to choose from, a pass play is called, and this like many, was batted down. Result: SF suddenly under pressure, so KC blitzes, causes a wayward pass, the punt, and game over.. On comes the Chiefs... Just a couple more first downs and a field goal, and lots of time off the clock.... didn't happen because of that dumb play call.

Right, 2nd and 4 with 8 in the box. God forbid the coaches can put him in a more favorable matchup. That was a throwing situation and JG didn’t come through. Next down they blitzed 6 and that was up to Jimmy to diagnose and find the open man. Again, he didn’t come through.

This **** is beyond embarrassing. What's the point here?

Mahomes is the best right now but i believe brady can still be a top 5 QB with a good unit. We need tight ends and some quickness at wideout. Shifty wideouts like edelman.

I'm going to bed now. And it will be a sound sleep knowing that Garoppolite nation has learned a valuable lesson. Super Bowls are hard to win and they have been blessed watching Brady win it for them.

Good night.

Brady only needed 13 points to win. If Rams score 14, bet you NE scores 17.

He through 1 int that impacted the game.

The other one is the equivalent of brady throwing an int to bob sanders to end the 06 afc title game

A throw he never would of made had he not had to get down the field in 20 seconds for a td

Brady fumble to end that eagles superbowl was far more impactful than this useless int by jimmy

Anyone who says otherwise loves the taste of coolaid

Brady wins the title if he's got Mahomes' weapons. Mahomes doesn't get past his first playoff game if he's got Brady's weapons.

The spread was just that wide.

Sleep tight and don't let the Garoppolites bite.
