Thanks Jimmy for throwing up two picks and choking away a Super Bowl victory which otherwise would have had freaking Garoppolites spewing their " we should have kept him and traded Brady" bull shyt alive.

Super Bowls are hard to win. Keeping Brady was infinitely the right choice.

Brady : 6-3

Jimmy Chokoppolo: 0-1

End of story

This **** is beyond embarrassing. What's the point here?

The big turning point in this game was with 5:30 left, SF had a 2nd and 4 on their hmm around 42 yard line and a 20-10 lead. Instead of running with 3 great runners to choose from, a pass play is called, and this like many, was batted down. Result: SF suddenly under pressure, so KC blitzes, causes a wayward pass, the punt, and game over.. On comes the Chiefs... Just a couple more first downs and a field goal, and lots of time off the clock.... didn't happen because of that dumb play call.

I like Jimmy G and wish the Pats could have figured out a way to keep him, but not by moving on from Brady, so it was almost impossible.

That said, @Tony2046 does make a valid point here. The constant discussion was about Brady’s abilities under the highest pressure situation, while you really didn’t know what was in store for JG.

I’m sure he isn’t a straight up choker and is capable of winning, but there may not be a better example than today of why you don’t annoint a guy and assume he can achieve great things until he’s actually run the gauntlet. That was a bad loss. Hope he gets another crack it it.

Jimmy isn't built for the moment. He did nothing in the 4th quarter. When the game was on the line the greats rise above, like Mahommes did.

Exactly what I stated.

Jimmy was handed a super bowl caliber team and choked the victory away.

Garoppolite nation has been telling me for over two years how trading JG was a mistake and now we know that it wasn't.

I like Jimmy and I don’t get some of our fans of lesser intelligence constantly bashing him. He didn’t do anything wrong. He didn’t wrong the Patriots in anyway. He’s a solid NFL QB but he’s not going to be Tom Brady.

This really is a remarkably insecure fanbase.

I didn't watch a single snap of the game, so I'm not commenting on any plays. I'm just commenting on the general notion:

Mahomes didn't get to where he is now in his first year as a starter. JAG did that.

HE COULD HAVE TAKEN BACKUP QB MONEY AND SAT BEHIND BRADY FOR ANOTHER 5 YEARS OR SO!!!!!!!

******** call on kittle to end half, ******** call on kelce and fake touchdown at the end handled this game results

Jimmy had very little impact one way or the other and frankly I think he played better than Kermit.

You're shifting the goal posts.

I've never said anything negative about JG. I've only stated that keeping Brady over JG was the correct decision. And I was right. The Garoppolites were wrong. Plain and simple.

This is not what has been parroted for 2 years though. It is “if we had Jimmy, the dynasty would roll on for 10 more years”. Getting those 2 SB appearances and one win with Brady will be more than most teams get in a generation.

Two interceptions is an impact. Sorry

Is it bad that imo, Brady has a better chance to win SB in next 3 years than Jimmy G does in next 10?
