Antonio Brown Update

However great he was in the regular season, he stunk up the joint in SB 42. He actually played a little better in SB 46 on a torn ACL. Like Tom says, its all about how you play in the biggest moments.
While agreeing that Mankin$ choked in SB42, I just ass-umed that the OL's biggest problem was its right side after Neal had to leave...I might have to re-think this position, if not re-watch the entire game...

I am not a doctor, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night, and here is my mental health evaluation of Antonio Brown:

The man is batsh*t crazy.

thread title is misleading, he did turn himself in, lets give him credit for that.

obviously Antonio has "issues" most of them stem from not wanting to pay people for services rendered (maybe he should join the secret service, they seem to have that in common;)).

get him some lithium, appoint a trustworthy accountant to pay his bills, and lets get him back on the field!!!

Couldn’t pay me to watch that game again. But yeah, Neal leaving was a death blow. If his presence could of just stopped 3-5 pressures that game was in the bag. The domino effect is real. Completely believe we saw it this year with Andrews departure too with Mason.

Now I understand why he said no white women in 2020...

LOL. Seeing that Judge, I was wondering how the hell is he gonna get a fair hearing today???? :D

Wait..WHAT??????? Possible life imprisonment?????

....and some folks here complain about the NFL overreacting???????

Either Florio got hit by Burfickt too or it's just Florida doing Florida things, evidently......

Just put the AB stuff aside for a second.

This law is ridiculous and is what I posted about in my story about a moving van that basically held us hostage and could charge any amount, and the police couldn’t help us. Because apparently you can “steal” your own possessions if they are in a moving van. So taking your own possession like this, and exceeding $1,000 would make it a felony. My wife and I, along with some neighbors, thought about just taking our stuff back and apparently would have faced a felony charge? That is f’d up.

I have no doubt AB was an idiot and caused this, and then you have the battery charge, too, so I can’t defend this clown. But this law really needs to be changed. I understand why it would come into existence because you couldn’t, for example, break into someone else’s house to take an item you claim belongs to you...but moving vans need a different classification because this is moronic and encourages scammers to capitalize on a legal loophole.

Now back to your scheduled AB programming.

I agree. It's fairly crazy that "life imprisonment" is even being discussed in this case. Is that the same max sentencing guideline for this type of thing in other states or just Florida?

I’m not sure, but I know that “felony” burglary is defined almost universally as any amount over $1,000. So you could grab your own flat screen television from a moving van that refuses to give it back from you, or you could steal $40M worth of diamonds, and both are felonies that likely have very stiff max penalties (you’d hope a judge or jury has some common sense wiggle room on sentencing but some jurisdictions are mandatory and you’d need to plea down the charges). I’m wondering if battery being mixed in here does up the max sentence, and that is likely a jurisdiction statute.

I've heard so many horror stories about movers. Something really needs to be done about this.

........after the Gov't finally starts going after the phone terrorists telling elderly folks that the Social Security police are coming to their door if they don't tell them their numbers over the phone.

That's TRILLIONS right there...............

The moving company stuff is small change compared to that.

.

My sincere apologies to Mr. Kraft for criticizing him
