Henry (Hunter), Conklin come to mind. Keep Thuney. Shore up the OL to protect either Brady or whomever replaces him. With enough protection, the WR corps they have plus Henry and one other decent addition (Cobb, maybe) will be good enough.
 
Hunter Henry or Austin Hooper. Then, draft a high-pick TE.

Must upgrade this position at all costs...

Micheal Thomas or Amari Cooper.

This will drastically improve our offense.

Just an interesting thought, if Brady leaves......

Cam Newton, I know I hate him too, but for a year or two he might be someone that Josh could really make some interesting plays.

Would make zero sense to get rid of Sony while he's on his rookie deal

He's probably the best option of quarterbacks who are likely to be available. My only issue is his lower body is a wreck and it's affected his passing ability the last couple years.
