OT: ODB in Trouble with the Police

The PD's reaction to this reminds me of the anecdotal stories of schools suspending kids for bringing guns to school when the gun is a finger gun or a Lego gun.

Figured the cops in NOLA would have bigger fish to fry

social media grandstanding by the nopd and prosecutors office. they should be ashamed for wasting resources on something like this when that city is a cesspool of crime and corruption.

A politician can grab women by the private parts and be admired for it, but an NFL guy swats a cop on the behind and is charged with assault. Makes sense.

I hope this all leads to the Browns deciding to unload OBJ for pennies on the dollar.....

OBJ might be a prima donna attention seeking headcase, but man....not even in the AB stratosphere of craziness.

NFL must place OBJ on exempt list. Unlike AB, this guy is actually being charged, with battery (of a sexual nature) on a LEO.

Of course, nothing will happen. This is what happens when the league starts involving themselves in legal matters with no consistency in how they approach each case. Why isn't Trent Brown on the exempt list? He has a civil suit accusing him of assault of his gf. Chung was found with possession of cocaine in his house, DA cut him a deal, even though there was enough evidence to prosecute. Will he get a suspension?

LMAO...The cop was pointing out a burn mark in the carpet after the player dumped the cigar in a drink.
I used to work with the NOPD back when I was in IT at City Hall. Knowing those guys, this cop is probably getting the razzing of his life. Which is probably pissing him off more.

That's because one is just lockerroom talk and the other happened in a lockerroom.

The age of the guard is relevant to what exactly?

Because that combined with the fact the cop was male shows likelihood of no intent to commit sexual battery. When I first read the headline, I though he assaulted a female officer. But it turned out to be an older cop, which suggests that OBJ was just horsing around - stupid, but just horsing around.

I thought Biden just came up behind that woman and sniffed her hair. I didn't know that he grabbed her by the private parts. ;)

Tell me who isn't?!

They should make a movie of nfl* with Warner Bros........
If you see Police, Warn a Brother!

That guy who smacked the reporter's butt in that marathon got accused of sexual battery, so it probably wouldn't be a stretch here (even though ultimately they didn't go in that direction with OBJ)....

Well, it was not just a smack but a squeeze and between you and me, there is a big difference between the reporter and that cop.

Ok boomer!;)

it’s ok, I’m a boomer!

I don’t agree with the charges, but smacking an officer or even another man you don’t know on the butt isn’t too bright.

Slow day .........o_O

Give him a few more years. He’ll get there
