A law enforcement source said authorities originally sought a warrant for a misdemeanor sexual battery charge, but it was declined by a judge. The warrant was redrafted asserting a count of simple battery, and it was approved.

Battery seems like a big stretch. Think sexual assault could be possible? You really shouldn’t do that to anyone because you never know what people have been through (a shocking amount of men have been sexually assaulted if you look at the numbers).

But it looks to me that this guy is just being an *******. Some people shouldn’t be cops, power hungry and was probably just pissed off at Odell’s lack of respect.

Shouldn't be touching strangers' asses but it's pretty embarrassing how the police conducted themselves with LSU's celebrations. This is now two separate (albeit related) stories of cops being ****s after the game. Who wrote their game plan?

That guy who smacked the reporter's butt in that marathon got accused of sexual battery, so it probably wouldn't be a stretch here (even though ultimately they didn't go in that direction with OBJ)....
