I am the analytics & strategy lead and if this is true, it's f*cked up. You can use analytics to set a specific strategy but then you have to let it play out and see if it worked or where tweaks are needed.

I get all that. It was reported after the Indy pullout that she did not want to leave the area. Then it was heavily publicized that she was with him during this interview which is extremely out of the ordinary. Not sure it is what you just said and the media jumped all over it or if Haslam invited her. Either way it gave me the Impression that she had to be swayed to make it work. Probably the media sensationalizing an innocent act

January 2023 - Browns want to continue requiring Head Coach's to turn in game plan and report to analytics meeting at the end of the week as Browns feel it's very fundamental to their success despite failing to post a winning record or making a playoff appearance in the 20s.

Cleveland media saying fan sentiment is strongly against the selection of Stefanski. They point out that the analyst calls the plays but the HC takes the heat if it goes wrong.

they usually are 1st or 2nd in winning the post draft super bowl, right up there with the Jets.

Wow I can't believe the game plan thing on Fridays and Monday meetings. I mean for whatever money they will pay him I'd agree also but talk about being setup to fail and be the scapegoat.

Its interesting. With the evolution of AI and analytics and their penetration in various fields, how long before a HC getting replaced by IBM Watson ?? May be we are looking at rise of machines in NFL and the Browns are the trail blazers
