If Josh meets Haslam and thinks he's bat **** crazy, he stays. And, how could he not think that. Haslam gives no one the time to build anything and fires everyone within two years. Josh knows this is probably his last HC shot, he has to go with a good owner.

McDaniels was too slow to adjust for our offensive issues this year.

There were times it felt that way but given the injuries etc., it’s hard to project from my couch.

On Sunday, McDaniels was probably thinking: "Well it sucks we lost yesterday, but at least now I have plenty of time to interview for all 4 open spots!"

This might be what the Browns need to land McDaniels seeing his peer get a job he may have wanted.
And thinking I don’t want to be a Tom Moore kind of coordinator.
I agree if Josh is back more than likely Tom is as well.

Bringing Tommy with him gives him 2-3 years to build that team while competing now.

Yeah McDaniels like Brady need actual Talent to win minus Edelman and White they had None! We couldn't cut it in Today's AFC Playoff.
