It annoys me less if a talented player is picked before our picks, but to pick players like Cunningham, over Dunlap, Michel over Chubb, Harry over Metcalf makes me wonder if our scouts are over thinking it or our evaluation criteria for skill position is in need of some changes.
I hope they do critique their previous drafts and go over some of these decisions.
NEP scouting wants to be the smartest person in the room, and we end up with Richards in the 2nd round.

Harry is Mitchell Trubisky

Brady and McDaniels didn’t use Harry properly. It isn’t rocket science to throw a ball deep downfield to Harry.
MickeyD couldn’t fit the deep routes in over the run up the gut against a 8 man front and 3 variations of HB handoff on 3 and 21

weird weekend

DK joined Russell & Tyler’s prayer group.

No one will criticize Brees for being too old this week. Everyone will focus on Brady being "washed up."

Add some more pain to the N'Keal Harry pick.

Harry has a lot to prove next season, if he doesn’t then he is outta here and might as well be jobless.

I don’t know if Metcalf could’ve picked up our offense but at least he’s an athlete and can get open.
Oh trust me....he would’ve picked it up in 2 days....come on Harry!!!!!!!

Yeah but we won’t have to use the franchise tag on Harry like the Seahawks and Titans will have to do with DK and AJ.

We will have plenty of cap space to trade for 35 year olds that we will cut or trade 4-5 weeks into the season.

I was thinking he might not get to play out his rookie contract when he gave up running that route at the end of the 1st half.

Michel over Chubb.

Harry over Metcalf/Samuel.

There's still another year or two, but so far these are looking like really costly misses.

Very well said...that applies heavily to BB as well....have to outthink everyone in the room.....every draft the commentators and analysts are shuffling their papers around trying to find BB pick.....BB taking a guy projected to go deep in 7th round if not going undrafted....in the early 2nd....he needs some better scouts/personnel to help him draft

People forget we actually passed on Metcalf 3 times. That is almost as many passes as Harry caught this season.

Metcalf is a damn beast!
Can’t believe he dropped to round 2...
Once again Seattle showing they are that good at drafting players. Kinda jealous.
Are you also jealous of their one SB six years ago ? Seattle passed on both Gronk and Brady when they had chances to grab them.

People forget we actually passed on Metcalf 3 times.
People also forget NE won alternating SBs since the 2014 season.

People also forget NE won alternating SBs since the 2014 season.
Does the team alternate their ticket prices and merchandise?

We win Super Bowls so that means Harry is better than Metcalf.

Not a great weekend for home WC teams... including the Texans
