A Note to Bob Kraft

I wonder when the majority posting against Kraft will be gone. Will they be gone if we lose in the playoffs? Will they wait until Brady retires or leaves?

They've been going strong for five years now. I don't see them stopping soon until the old man is gone...and even then the won't stop, probably, even when confronted by facts and evidence.

Been a fan before Krafty Bob, will be a fan after Krafty Bob

These Kraft nicknames are embarrassingly stupid.

I'm sorry, actually not sorry at all. I don't know how ANYONE can defend Kraft after this season.

For some reason, posters on this board seem to think that Kraft's acquisition of BB and subsequently (mostly) stepping out of the way makes him immune from all criticism. It doesn't. Or that excuses all the ****ty senile moves he's made recently. It doesn't. They're not mutually exlusive okay?

It was bad enough that Kraft pulled the most spineless move of any onwer this century, single handedly legitimizing the NFL's witchhunt to every single Pats hater. Threw Brady under the bus, tarnishing his legacy, so much having the back of his supposed "son".

Year after year Brady takes paycuts and resructures his deal, and his year he gets...what for offensive weapons? Dorsett, Harry, Meyers, Sanu, and a banged up Edelman.
How the **** can you homers support his forced removal of what was the only weapon Brady basically had in AB in his last or punultimate year? On moral grounds??? GTFO and go treat yourself to another *, Spongebob.

There's no way TB lets's his legacy end on a pick 6. Oh he's coming back! But I HOPE he comes back and suits up for another team and gives Spongebob the ultimate middle finger. Now knock yourselves out downvoting and telling me I'm spoilt and entitled blah blah. Meanwhile keep giving your money to Krafty Bob as if he deserves any credit for what happens in the trenches, while he cozies up to his bilionare buddies and laughs all the way to the bank.

Pretty insulting man. We have facts and evidence too and maybe it's YOU who is unable to be rational and acknowledge them.

Nah man. You're the group of fans that are wrong. Dead wrong.

Kraft is a hall of fame owner who, if not for him, you'd be rooting for the Giants right now.

For that alone he should have your undying support. All that other crap is just noise.

Well you weren’t a fan during their finest hour on a cold night in February 2017. You lost. Big time. How sad.

BTW, even with the team losing the past 2 weeks, the game day threads have been incomparably better now that Ian blocked you from them!

“He gets a banged up Edelman”??????

How terrible of Kraft before the season not to see into the future to understand that Edelman would get injured. Burn the witch!!!!!!

.

Year after year Brady takes paycuts
Brady has never once taken a single paycut. Every new contract and restructure he’s ever signed got him additional money or at worst kept things even. Also, from the end of his rookie deal to when Manning retired he averaged a whole million a year less actual cash received than “Pey(mea)ton”.

Very curious to see how Krafty Bob or the Kraft family are as owners once Brady leaves and Belichick is no longer the coach. When they're gone I'd guess at least 20% of the ST base will give up their tickets and folks won't be chomping at the bit to snap up 10 games of Stidham throwing to NKeal Harry and Jakobi Myers....

I bet we see a return to local blackouts

What? You mean the greatest dynasty in the history of football led by the greatest coach and QB is going to eventually end? NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS! I WANT PERPETUAL VICTORY! IT'S BOB KRAFT'S FAULT!

I will quite easily go back to being a fan of the same team I was a fan of when they used to be mostly mediocre, sometimes gawdawful, and occasionally good. I'll celebrate the few players whose performances put them above average and find other average players who I decide to like for some reason. I'll enjoy squeaking out a victory over other mediocre teams, watch us get crushed by whomever is lording over the NFL in the post-Brady/Belichick era, cheer as we make the occasional upset, look up as we eventually make it back to the Wild Card game...

Entitlement. Who says it's just for the youth?

One thing I do wonder - as the inevitable bandwagoners jump off and onto some other team, will we still be left with the same proportion of whiners, chicken littles, and otherwise entitled fans for whom nothing is ever good enough? I suppose a lot of them will stay because they have some perverse pleasure in being miserable? Or are they just contrarians who will then go on to become the biggest homers on the board? Will be interested to watch.

I can see though for fans who are younger and have never known anything except winning, that the stark reality of what normal life is for an NFL fan will be very difficult to handle. I wonder if they'll be able to stay the course?

Sorry but I can never forgive him for throwing Tom under the bus over Deflategate

Kraft will get this right. We need to trust in him. Remember what he did 27 years ago?

He didn't do that so I don't know what you're upset about. Obviously, Tom feels the same way because he continued to play for the man for the next 5 years.

You guys need to let it go and gain some perspective.

More embarrassing than being caught getting jacked off by a 60 year old woman in a message parlor on camera, getting stopped by the police, then going back the next day for seconds?

He also openly embraced the man who threw down that punishment multiple times during and since the process of suspending Brady. You don’t recall those nice, tight, chummy hugs on the sidelines and him inviting Goodell to a suite at Gillette to take in a game?

Listen, the man is God. He will get it right. Through Kraft all things are possible. I have a feeling he will cut us all into his last will if we keep saying nice things about him on here. So keep fighting the good fight, brother.

That is obviously embarrassing but so his continuing the 4 month hissy fit about releasing a guy who never was going to last here anyways.

But he was here. And he didn’t need to cut him until the league stepped in and made their determination.

You can defend * Bob, Bendover Bob, etc all you want, but he neutered this offense, which as we all now saw, effectively ended the season in disappointing fashion.

They handled it terribly either way. They should have retained him until the suspension came down, then cut ties. If the suspension didn’t come down, you retain him until he pulls a stunt. Then you cut him. Handling it this way would have kept that black cloud from hanging over the organization the entire season. Doing it the way they did looks like they caved to public pressure... and God knows the public has never been wrong before. So pick your poison. In either event, they handled the situation like rookies. FURTHERMORE, that they even needed to sign him in desperation in the first place is damning in and of itself. Throwing absolute **** at the wall and being surprised when none of it stuck failed them in 2018. Yet they thought it was a good idea to try that again in 2019?
