Thank you Tom

The greatest most unimaginably incredible 20 years of my sports fan life. So grateful that this era happened while I was alive. Beyond grateful and just in awe of what this team did for 20 years.

I said it once, I’ll say it again, this thread SUCKS

I think it is the end. All dynasties end. All great players decline. He’s my favorite athlete of all time, but he’s not Tom Brady anymore. Couldn’t even get the ball to midfield, let alone in field goal range in the 2nd half, when that’s all they needed to win. I think we started to see it last year, this year even worse.

You’re only fooling yourself if you think he isn’t a major reason for the poor season by him. He’s done. This isn’t my emotions speaking, it’s fact, he’s done. And if you’re a fan of this team, it would be stupid of the team to give him 25 million worth of cap space next year. I would be upset if they gave him that much to return. It’s not a smart move.

But I can’t thank Tom Brady enough for the amazing 19 years. Greatest QB to ever lace them up, and he led this team to the greatest dynasty in football history. It’ll never be repeated. I love Tom Brady. I will till the day I die.

Brady .... "pretty unlikely" ..... hmmm

why does everyone think Brady's gonna retire? where did he say that

Premature by like 5 years

He’s done? Did you actually watch the game? Bring back the same weapons and let see stidham do any better with this incompetent group.

Tennis elbow and no one to throw to. The people writing him off are wrong. Plain and simple. Going to be wishing he was still here if he goes elsewhere.

He will be back.

There is only 1 way Tom Brady returns next year - The team is going to have to open the wallet wide and sign 2 top receivers and maybe a bruising running back if its even possible cap wise

Belichick is the greatest coach of all time but when it comes to drafting receivers in the early rounds it has been a complete failure most of the years and I don't see Harry being an exception despite it being early in his career unless he suddenly learns routes and separation next season but hes far from a #1 receiver

Brady wont play with a bunch of crap receivers and an aging beaten up Edelman again so if Kraft doesn't want to lose him he will have to make him happy

He will be back.
The end of the second quarter against the dolphins shows what BB is thinking. He didn't have faith to go for points with over 1:30 remaining. Brady won't be back in NE

That was a statenent about the offense not about Brady himself. I think tonight showed why he was thinking that way.

I wouldn’t assume that the lack of faith in the offense means a lack of faith in Brady.

Brady has done more, with less in the past. Brady always used to make players better than they were on other teams (after or before). You honestly thought David Givens was a great receiver ? No, he became good in the Pat’s system BECAUSE of Brady. There are a decent amount of guys who became good with the Pats because of Brady, and stunk after they left, Jabbar Gaffney is another one who comes to mind.

Brady reminded me of Marino in that way. He made receivers look good. Look at his receivers in SB 36, that was the worst group he ever had, the best he had was Troy Brown, and Troy Brown was a nobody until Brady came around.
