Let’s hope, Patriots don’t waste downs by attempting long passes to Dorsett. They don’t have enough talent to get first downs on 2 attempts. Run/dink-and-dunk/wear down defense, similar to what the Patriots did against the Bills might be the way to go.

I don’t recall him ever saying that, even in his legal filings.

Saying FL violated the 4th Amendment isn’t saying he didn’t break the law.

Robert Kraft categorically denies any illegal activity
Posted by Josh Alper on February 22, 2019, 12:27 PM EST

A spokesperson for Kraft responded to those charges in a statement later on Friday that denied Kraft did anything illegal.

“We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”

As ancient as his old bones felt,
The lion stood his ground
And though their king, not one had knelt,
Nor by such signs were bound...
He was their sovereign, master, lord,
He had the upper hand
And that was why he stood assured,
The ruler of this land...

As long as might was on his side
And courage in his heart
And still protector of the pride,
He stayed and played the part...
For Nature gave him all he owned,
Permitted him this day,
As if presenting him enthroned,
The king they must obey...

Dissenters stood both left and right,
The groaners, wounded still,
Because he fought with all his might,
As if it were God's will...
But God would choose another king,
This week, this month, this year
And for the taking, everything,
This lion held most dear...

I am honored Tom Brady's social media team is reading my posts and using it to psych up the fan base.:p

OK TB12.......today, be The Lion

LETS F_ING GOOOOO!

This team doesn’t have the competitive factor that I’ve seen from the 2014,2016 or 2018 teams. Those teams never gave up and got hot at the right time. Pretty sure brady is playing hurt because his passes were painfully inaccurate vs the dolphins. Jules is dealing with a bad injury but is playing through the pain and the defense got exposed by Ryan Fitzpatrick of all people. They badly needed the extra rest that a bye would give but that’s not happening. Maybe they flip a switch today but I just haven’t seen that in the last few weeks.

I wish we could get pressure today without blitzing. That’s gonna be a key today. Making tanny uncomfortable.

Yeah the long passes to Dorsett really failed last week

What does “replay official” even mean? All replay reviews are handled in the NYC central office.

Or is he the guy who decides if a last-two-minutes-of-half play needs to be reviewed?
It's the equivalent of a mafioso no-show gig. The NFL has shown nothing but an absolute disdain to get things right on the field with respect to replay, PI/holding and what constitutes a catch.

The NFL Leadership is such a massive collection of scumbags that they hired exponent, a "science firm" whose claim to fame is being willing to discredit actual science in courts to prevent massive safety enforcement (processed meat is a carcinogen. Soy actually blocks estrogen absorbtion in men. Cigarettes cause cancer. Etc, etc, etc), in order to smear one of the greatest players to ever play the game. A player, mind you, who typically toed the company line opting for a home team discount rather than chasing every available dollar. They did this so they could legally certify their puppet's ability to do whatever they tell him to whoever he wants.

And that's not even getting into the literal crimes the 32&co commit on the average Joe's who continue to tune in weekly. Despite the devolution in clarity of rules and replay literally making things worse due to the morons running the show. Nobody asks why.

Doesn't matter what the explanation is, but come up with one that doesn't require the apologist mantra for humans making mistakes and remember that theres literally a few different people whos sole job is to watch the game and make sure close calls are correct. How many times do we need to listen to ex-player announcers laugh and immediately ask what the officials are looking at before one of these idiots is publically ****canned? Goodell's pets get grades reassessed prior to playoffs so he can work a SB. Hochuli's son? Give me a break.

I don't understand how Troy Vincent admitting the NFL insituted and operated under a different replay standard for the Eagles SB gets swept under the bus, but Arlen Specter wanted a government investigation because BB taped from the wrong spot in his own damn stadium.

I hope the 32 become victims of CTE lawsuits and earn the villainous reputation equivalent of the Sackler's in this country. If Bob Kraft is among the highly regarded, then they're plainly a bunch of frauds without the added denigration of CTE science becoming common knowledge.

The 2018 team lost to the Dolphins and Steelers in back-to-back weeks at the end of the season. They lost to the Dolphins on a hilariously stupid relay play after two red zone trips where they settled for field goals. Against the Steelers, the offense looked so inept that they could have played 8 quarters and never scored more points. They did beat the Bills (a game in which Brady completed 50% of his passes and threw 2 INTs) and Jets (who had just given up by then) though.

It's going to be tough to win a Super Bowl, especially without the bye, but it always is. There's a bit of 20/20 hindsight with the Super Bowl seasons where they "had something."

Thats one long paragraph full of confirmation bias that manages to not say anything at all and ends on a hedge. If you don't believe in them at least have the balls to say it clearly instead of making sure to give yourself some cover with that weak ass "maybe they will flip a switch".

Beat Tennessee and if the ravens get upset next week you’re likely playing the chiefs with a spot where the title game could be in New England if you win. You just never know but have to win tonight otherwise the season is over.

run da bawl

Let's get Michel going early and often. If the running game is working hopefully Josh sticks with it.

It would be nice to see in game adjustments by the coaching staff. Last week they made no adjustments whatsoever especially defensively .

this really sounds like your insinuating this team gives up. Just an awful post

I was thinking the same thing, risking getting killed by the don’t look ahead crowd.... but if we win tonight and bmore loses next Saturday I’ll be incredibly amped for that kc game

Going to lock thread as the GDT is now up.
