Tickets are already getting cheap for Saturday....

Ah my home away from home. Spent 78 nights there since July (of course not there this week when ticket prices have tanked). No love for the Walpole Motel?
I'm curious if anyone here has stayed at the Red Fox just south of the stadium on Route 1. A buddy of mine overnighted there once, it's not for the faint of heart.

Not I. Looks like a fine place to be murdered though.

Grabbed a pair of seats in section upper sidelines 313, row 24. Don't look too bad. Only $98 so I'm happy... would've liked nicer seats but right after Christmas just can't afford it. Now I have to find a hotel.

Nice. I would love to go, but I am in a self imposed playoff exile from Gillette. I have been to two home playoff games and they didn't go so well. It was 2009 & 2010. In fact I have been to 8 or 9 home games and they have lost all but one, Miami and they had to come back from 20 down on Christmas eve. I was at the wildcat game in 2008 and the Eagles game in 2015.

Needless to say my presence in Foxboro on game day is not appreciated. I am undefeated tailgating at Super Bowls though.

What’s our weather forecast looking like now? On the long drive up to Mass from PA now.

Looks like it's frog suit weather for Brady:

Detailed Forecast
Today
A chance of light rain. Patchy fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 46. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Tonight
Rain likely before 4am, then a chance of rain and snow. Patchy fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 33. Light north wind becoming northwest 6 to 11 mph in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Glad I brought a good jacket. Hope it’s not too windy up in the 300s but I’ll be weathering it regardless.

I snatched some middle section corner seats for 240 each. Thought it was a steal. I'm not missing Brady's potential last home game as a pat

One could say you are the Eddie Mush of home playoff games.
I am the Eddie Mush of charter boat deep sea fishing

What bugs me most is people wearing plaid.

Jokes aside, I really recommend the Best Western in Sharon, Mass. My wife and I stayed there for the Cowboys game and they provided a shuttle for $10 per person (both ways). Mind you the drop off and pick up was a 5 minute walk from the stadium. That was lots of time to finish off my special bottle of "pop" :D

Latest forecast: the rain is stopping this afternoon, occasional showers possible during the game.

Rain when the temp is just above freezing is worse than a dry day in the 20's.
Overall I think it works in our favor ... or perhaps I am just hopefully creating that image.

Plenty pairs in 300s for $126...of course once TM whacks you for fees you're paying about $150

I know some folks that rent a room there on game days just so that they have a place to park and use a bathroom/warm up while tailgating in the parking lot. They've never been brave enough to spend the night.
