That's Captain for yaHis frustration comprises his rationale.
Yeah, what was with that pick six? Who plans such things?By the game last Sunday?
With that QBs, those WRs, that RB, that EDGE.... he’d be spending 65% of his time as a psychologist / PR director.McDaniels and browns? That’s a disaster waiting to happen especially with that QB and off course they’re the browns. McDaniels should wait.
Yep.Not that it means anything, but the sports reporters out here in the Cleveland area have really been talking up a McD-to-the Browns scenario. This time, I think it happens. Getting rid of Dorsey was the move that convinced me. He was the one against interviewing McD last year, when it was rumored he had strong interest. If McD does leave, I think TB will also probably leave, either by retiring (most likely) or going into free agency/trade (I don't know what his contract situation is). At that point, unless he opts to take a head coaching job (Giants?), Judge would be next up internally as OC. I would also bring back O'Shea as WR/ Red Zone coach. If both McD and TB leave, I could see bringing in a former vet NFL QB as QB coach to school Stidham. I noticed Jerry Jones reportedly axed his entire coaching staff. If that is true, Jon Kitna, their QB coach, would be a good choice. I believe he was a TB backup for a short time.
I say let him go. With all too few exceptions, his offense, game plans, and play calls have become stale, mechanical, and most of all - predictable.
I will NEVER understand why we come out on first down with no one in the backfield when our WR's are such a huge question mark. Are you kidding me with this? Without any sort of threat of a run, the defense has our number. It's like broadcasting to the world "We're going 3-and-out".
I thought Josh had learned last year to go with what is working, which is our running game with any of the 3 RB's in different ways. White and Burkhead out of the backfield. White as a FB for Sony. Sony and Rex being back there.
I really hope Josh has a wrinkle for tomorrow.
Reich isn't going anywhere. Cowheard has lost it.Colin Cowherder, bloviator extraordinaire, had an interesting Brady/McDaniels combo platter destination hot take yesterday ......
Indy
Setting aside the extreme hostility toward Josh by ownership, media, and fans.... and ignoring the bucolic location.....Indy may tick every box that both QB and HC could desire.
Massive available cap space
Top 3 O line
Weapons including TEs
Devoted owner
Loyal fan base
Stat enhancing indoor stadium
Easier 2020 schedule than NE
10 indoor games
Brady and Josh could hit the ground running
It’s clear Brisket is not the long term answer for Indy
It’s unclear to me regarding current coaching competency
It’s also unclear if Josh prefers total separation from his NE past including Brady
Anyway, makes some sense on paper
Could be a mass exodus from Patriots in worst case, TB, McDaniels, Judge, Cesario, Fears, Scarnecchia.
Would certainly be an interesting offseason and probably one of, if not the biggest challenge of BB's career to build a new staff and team and make them competitive quickly.
Starting to get annoying how we get poached every year

Right. We wont have anyone left who is desirable.Don't worry the solution to that problem is fast approaching.
