They were double the price for the Cowboys game.

Grabbed a pair of seats in section upper sidelines 313, row 24. Don't look too bad. Only $98 so I'm happy... would've liked nicer seats but right after Christmas just can't afford it. Now I have to find a hotel.

I paid 350 to sit up there once for a Panthers game. ...

Typically the prices are up based on how much the opposing team fans travel.

If I didnt have to goto a wedding sat I would totally go for that price

Man. I wish I lived not in Ohio :(

Those are getting pricey. Fairfield in Walpole.?

Wish I could go, but living on the opposite coast makes it impossible. Everyone that goes, please be extra loud and give the GOAT a standing ovation when he comes through the tunnel. Who knows if this is his last game but either way he needs to feel the love and the support from our fan base !

I haven't see a playoff game this low in like 15 years. Shows the confidence in this team right now. Also surprised that it may be Brady's last home game.

Thought it would be much higher...

That’s the main reason why I’m going TBH. Need to salute the man.

Same here. This is probably it. Just like Gronks last game at Gillete vs the Chargers.

Grabbed the Hampton Inn (looks like it was built pretty recently?) for $200 after AAA discount. A little bit pricey but not way more than the motels going for $150. Seems worth the difference for a nicer bed and breakfast.

Now you guys just have to tell me how parking works.

I'd rather to go to the game Saturday with you and your Dad, but with the weather their predicting, I think I'll stay at home, moderate and watch it with the family ;)
Let the GDT burn, come out with the Rosses! :p

If the forecast worsens you'll see face value or below on game day. It's going to be a miserable day in Foxboro - high 30s, rain all day/night. Believe me, that's the WORST type of weather in which to sit outside and watch a game - ESPECIALLY if you wear glasses (as I do). Glasses constantly fogging up, get blurred from rain - it sucks. Last playoff game in schitty rainy weather was the deflated ball game vs Indianapolis. It was unseasonably warm - mid 50s i believe, but it rained cats and dogs. Tickets were nowhere near as cheap as they'll be Saturday night.

Face it, the team is not exciting to watch. It's a big nut for a family to spend $400+ for a night at a Pats game - tickets, parking, snack, beer, soda, etc. Also, it's pretty obvious this Pats team is far from a wagon and odds are we're going to see a very ugly game, win or lose. Couple a boring team (spare me the HOW CAN 12-4 BE BORING pearl clutching - watching this team is not fun, especially since the defense morphed into more a typical Belichick bend but don't break, allowing third and long after third and long conversion, from the turnover creating, touchdown scoring, sack meisters that we saw vs the Framingham States and Mass Maritimes in weeks 1-8).

Good on those going to the game - hope everyone comes home happy and Brady goes out with a classic game...none of this 14-31-170 yard crap he's been giving us the last 10 weeks...

Not really surprising. A few factors at play:

A) This has been a team that has had a first round bye in eight straight years. That is until Saturday. To some, this isn't a game worth paying for. Saving cash for a potential home game in two weeks.

B) Opponent. Titans aren't popular. They don't have any household names. This isn't a playoff game against Pittsburgh.

C) Weather. Supposed to rain Saturday.

D) Team performance. This team has just kind of collapsed since the Baltimore loss. The offense is truly horrific. And the defense has been exposed.

All that said, Ticketmaster shows the game as being sold out on the Primary Market. So it's not as if they are having trouble selling tickets per say. And even if the game is a blowout in either direction, I still think the stadium will be pretty packed. This could very well be the last time Tom Brady ever plays in Gillette Stadium.

Fans would be idiots if they thought any team playing on WC weekend was likely to host another playoff game...that's not how seeds work.

The bottom line is fans of a perennial SB contender may not be willing to pony up cash for a WC game. Especially considering the team has limped to the finish line.

Ended up reserving a spot at the delayed exit lot for free. So for less than $450 I got two midfield-ish 300 level tickets, a nice hotel, and parking at a Pats home playoff game. That's pretty awesome. Just hope more fans buy up these tickets so it's loud!

Ah my home away from home. Spent 78 nights there since July (of course not there this week when ticket prices have tanked).

No love for the Walpole Motel?
