The titans gave up 56 sacks this year. We need to take advantage of that and harass tannehill

Agree IF the pass D can maintain competitive coverage for 3 seconds.
The blitz should have been effective against Fitz/Miami. Fitz should have been left stymied and about to be sacked on a number of occasions -- as the blitz was often getting in quickly. But the Patriots' coverage was frequently unable to keep competitive even for 1 or 2 seconds.

This is a great matchup. Not an easy one, but a win here and the team is assured of another Lombardi. The Titans have the best passing attack in the NFL since Tannehill has taken over, they've got the best RB in the league, the overall best offense, and a stout defense than can stop the run and create turnovers. On top of that, they've got familiarity with Vrabel as their HC and several former Patritos on the team. It's the only team that offers a tough stylistic matchup across the board.

This is essentially the de facto Super Bowl between the two best teams in the league. If the Pats win, it's easy sailing from here on out. The Chiefs are a b!tch team that always gets bullied in January at Arrowhead (a place where the Pats are undefeated in the playoffs), Lamar Jackson has an IQ of 30, and the NFC teams are all fraudulent.

Hope for health in the secondary.

Not the best conditions for players and fans alike.

I like sarcasm too. Lol.

I love the guy. Such a Patriot-story Patriot. Smart, witty, funny, tough, CLUTCH, overachiever once he came to the Pats... I can’t understand how any Pats fan doesn’t like him. Forget him playing TE... how about when they moved him to MLB in 2005!

Definitely on my top-10 favorites list.
I loved him w NE.

With TN...not really .

I think that pressure will be key to this game. When Tannijill has sucked in NE, he has been sacked a ton. When he gets a clean pocket, he does well.

The Lamar Jackson ‘30 IQ’ remark is a low blow and completely wrong.

I don’t mind Vrabel now. Lewis with his d-bag comments after the last game is a different story. Went from one of my favorite Pats to one of my most disliked players in the league in a hurry.

Vrabes was an ass after the loss last year.

TEN TE Jonnu Smith and WR Brown are ranked #1-2 in elusive rating AND yards after contact per attempt at their respective positions. Superb tackling will be KEY on Sat night. Gonna be a tough one.

“Titans tight end Jonnu Smith and Brown rank first and second in the NFL, respectively, in Pro Football Focus’s elusive rating this season, which measures the frequency with which a player forces missed tackles. Smith has forced 19 on 39 touches. Brown has forced 17 on 55 touches. They also rank 1-2 in yards after contact per attempt among players with at least 25 touches (21.0 and 17.3, respectively).”
