It's funny in today's MMQB Albert Breer mentioned that the reason Chad O'Shea left the Pats is because he never was going to get a promotion.

Very confusing...with him as our Red Zone designer last season, we weren't nearly as comically inept as we were without him this season...If some team is foolish enough to hire Skippy as their HC, I would welcome back O'Shea if for no other reason than for having a real-life, professional WRs coach on the sideline instead of the clearly un-experienced, over-matched Joe Judge.

"Sentimentality" has little do with with how this team operates.. after a 12 & 4 Season things are hardly "F'ed up"... in case you forget the trade of JG had to do with salary cap issues as they could not have retained both Brady who was under contract and pay JG at the same time... if they did they would have great QB corps, that would be about it..

As far as sentimentality Lawyer Milloy, Richard Seymour and Logan Mankins all wish you their best...

Greg Roman might be the Browns' smartest choice if they can get him. It would immediately screw Jackson's development with Baltimore and potentially be a godsend for Mayfield.
