You suck at logic, pal.
I am not programmed to respond in that area.

A Fine?Hoping this is a Fine Announced Friday Afternoon Before Christmas news dump type of thing.
Not confident in that. Now that Vincent and Goodell are commenting, who the hell knows where this goes.
Guys get fined for wearing the wrong-colored cleats, and for wearing socks of an incorrect length. If a fine comes of this, I'll view it as pretty much equivalent to that. They technically violated some random, obscure, and largely pointless rule, and the penalty for that is a token fine that nobody really cares about anyway.A Fine?
F that.
This was not a pre-meditated or accidental activity organized by the FOOTBALL OPERATIONS department. This was activity sanctioned by the MARKETING/MEDIA department which is contractually bound and responsible to promote the respective New England Patriots and NFL products and brands.
If they are fined a single penny it's complete ******** and I view it as just another opportunity for Ginger Jerkoff, the other jealous loser owners and the NFL to create another ridiculous, stupid, attention grabbing, goddamn soap opera.
I know. I'm venting. My "The Germans Bombed Pearl Harbor" rant is over.Guys get fined for wearing the wrong-colored cleats, and for wearing socks of an incorrect length. Assuming the cover story is true, recording with their own camera will produce a higher quality and a "look" consistent with the overall final production.then why was this idiot recoding it?
I've been wondering if there is some NFL Films connection in this event. Basically the NFL has intellectual property rights to everything related to their product and wonder if they in turn have to grant prior permission to film.A Fine?

Yea but its cutting into petty cash which is Early Bird's rub-n-tug fundsYeah, and they can still fine the organization without it being part of the football team. What do we care? It ain't our money.
I mean, let's be real for a moment. It's not the cheating the NFL gives a **** about. Teams have been cheating for decades. It's the NFL enforcing/controlling the distribution of media. Thats what really pissed them off about Spygate. Now, the league has relaxed the control it has and allows teams to do their own production of content but they still "own" it. This came up at the owners meeting a few years ago. Jonathan and Jerry Jones got into it. I'm not sure the DYJ is an NFL Films thing but I can guarantee that anything produced by the NEP the NFL has rights to distribute.I've been wondering if there is some NFL Films connection in this event. Just a thought......
Any sort of fine. I don’t care. Stay away from our picks and BB.I know. I'm venting. My "The Germans Bombed Pearl Harbor" rant is over.
I'd be ok with a small fine.
I draw the line with picks. That is way over the top.Any sort of fine. I don’t care. Stay away from our picks and BB.
Obviously the solution is to fine the non-football operation for gross stupidity. The NFL needs to prove to Cincy, the other 30, and themselves that the documentary is legit and not a front for a larger operation. Fortunately the court of public opinion within the NFL (based on reporters talking to other execs and GMs) is that they are willing to believe it at this point but can’t believe how stupid the Patriots are.
That's not the massage Kraft's worried about.I wish the media would ask Bob Kraft if he is worried that Goodell is massaging the evidence for his own benefit.

Punish Bill by not letting him draft any second round cornerbacks.I draw the line with picks. That is way over the top.
If the NFL really wanted to hit the NEP hard the would ban them from signing rookie FAs and implemented a $50m cap charge for 3 straight years.Punish Bill by not letting him draft any second round cornerbacks.
It simply is not the scout's responsibility to manage the film crew and make sure they know what to do or not to do. The person in change of the documentary production is responsible for that sort of thing. So there was no time BEFORE they got to the booth or before the kickoff to say “ hey, by the way in case it wasn’t mentioned....don’t film the field”. To lack total situational awareness in this particular area is insane.
Yeah, while I think it's nuts that nobody told the dude with the camera he couldn't film the sideline, I'm definitely not blaming the scout for that. He was presumably too busy doing his own job to notice or care what the film guy was doing. It simply is not the scout's responsibility to manage the film crew and make sure they know what to do or not to do. The person in change of the documentary production is responsible for that sort of thing.
Sorry man, I can’t agree with that. It wasn’t harmless in the eyes of the rules. This is second offense regardless if there was useful info or not. Purely incompetence to NOT make the film crew aware. I would lose my job if I allowed the same costly mistake to happen...again.
