In that regard, Kraft has generally been a fine owner and I would rank him up there with other owners who do not get in the way of the football ops.

Up there = tops. But who is the best owner was never up for debate. What was up for debate is how important he was to this run. How asking me my opinion on who the best owner is refutes the statement that the owner isn’t that particularly important to this type of run of success for a football team is beyond me, but there you go.

So here’s how I’m guessing this is going to go. You’re not going to give me a rank order. Two things will happen - 1) you’ll keep chasing your tail in circles while dropping every logical fallacy and passive aggressive attempt at an insult in the book (I mean really, just insult me if you’re going to do it. This passive aggressive stuff is for people with high amounts of estrogen. You’re not a mod anymore. You can get away with it.), and 2) you’ll eventually quit responding to me. Why? Because you can’t give a rank order without either taking a dump on the great players and coaches that either played/worked or play/work for this organization -or- without admitting that Kraft is going to be pretty far down that list. You’re trapped, which is why you’re stalling for time.

Want to prove me wrong? Give me your rank order. Shouldn’t be that difficult.

I’d take Kraft or any owner that stays out of the football operations side of things and delegates. If they don’t get the job done, relieve them, and move on. The owner isn’t that important to me. That’s an answer to your question. If not Kraft, I’d take any one of those other owners that aren’t micromanagers. But, once again, that’s not your point of contention with my OP. Let’s hear that rank order, big guy. Here’s a variation mine and I’m sure I’m forgetting many a name...

I’ve given you several throughout the course of this thread and put Kraft up there as well. Your question has been answered. I’d just as quickly sub in the McCaskeys or Packers ownership over Kraft if I could keep BB and TB since the team would still enjoy the same level of success. Why? Because the owner has very little to do with the football ops, and that’s particularly true if they stay out of the way.

I just told you I’d take either of them over Kraft and that’s even after removing BB and Brady because Kraft is ultimately nowhere without them. They also aren’t getting caught in strip malls getting rub and tugs. There are more too. Owners that stay out of the football ops side of things are interchangeable and what’s important is the coach and QB. But the best owner is completely irrelevant to the topic and hand. It’s a red herring dropped because you’re either going to get roasted for putting a damn owner over players and coaches when it comes to who to thank for the run or you’ll ultimately have to concede my point. You’re stuck and can’t find a way out so you’re pretending like I didn’t answer your completely irrelevant question because you don’t know what to do.
