Defending the Patriots...

I tried to watch it, but that first guy was too dumb and obnoxious. So I skipped ahead to Mangini and dumb, obnoxious guy immediately interrupted him.

He put that douche Nick in his place quite nicely.

I would also like to watch this but I can't stomach the risk of seeing Nick Wright. He has no idea what he's talking about. At least when carter was there he was credible even though sometimes his ego went ballistic. Nick is unwatchable. Even Max Kellerman is watchable with his entertaining cliff theories and NY homer views compared to this guy.

I honestly didn’t know that was Nick Wright. I have heard and seen his name mentioned many times by people as being unwatchable because he’s dumb and obnoxious. They were right.

Mangini has been hated by on this board for a long time. On the other hand, many of would have welcomed him on the staff. Belichick had another, somewhat unforeseen plan, to have himself, Mayo and his son run the defense. I suspect that he would still be good addition.

I have some blasphemy to speak. Going forward, Belichick needs to spend more time on the offense: on evaluating draftees, on acquiring players, and in working more closely with Josh on game plans. The offensive coating staff is fine with Josh and Dante. That just isn't enough focus. After all, the Head Coach needs to focus on the weaknesses/opportunities on the team.

Mangini has honestly never said anything bad about us since all that went down.

He seems very apologetic and sobered from that whole experience. Not that he still isn’t a dolt for it.

Unfortunately I watch this show quite a bit cause I like to see nick react when he is wrong all the time. Eric Mangini always gives thoughtful well informed answers on things Pats related. And 95 percent of the time he is pro patriots. He is a better talking head than a coach.

I wouldn't want him back though. Our D kicks ass.

I'd be OK with him as a scout or something or maybe cleaning toilets.

"Hey Mangenius, there's a stain on the toilet here....."

He’s been defending the Patriots ever since he blew the whistle. He even defended them in the immediate aftermath after realizing what a media storm it had become.

I like Nick sometime, but his anti Pats stuff is getting more and more annoying. Here he asks: why is it always NE? My question would be, how do we know it is only NE? I strongly suspect that piddly stuff goes on semi-frequently that we just don't hear about, but if it involved NE, it would be all over the place and the scandal of the century.
