Penalties being considered for the Pats - UPDATED 1/1/2020

This is a bad look. A major problem too. This team absolutely cannot afford to lose draft picks in their current state. Nor can they afford to have the GOAT coach be suspended while they transition to a new QB. Both of these things could happen. Embarrassing.

Everyone needs to watch this... Florio goes off and fights with Chris Simms about this whole thing. Basically Florio thinks we are guilty, and Chris Simms says its probably nothing. Peter King was a bit more cautious but is leaning towards innocence.

why are you such a concern troll doom-and-gloomer? honestly if everything is as bad as you (not just this but everything Pats) why don't you just go root for another team?

I love this. I wasn't feeling the hate from fans of the lesser 31 this year as in years past, especially since we dropped AB, but now these virgins are out in full force with their hatred and general virgin angst. Prior to today, it seemed like this board hated the Patriots more than these geeks did.

Reddit and opposing team boards will finally be fun again.

I am just pissed as a fan they keep putting themselves on this line and playing on the line no matter if they meant it or not.

I miss talking about just football. Not Ab every week. Not Kraft to start the year.

This will go on all year and off season. And something else will happen again and that will be the next story

Going on twitter now to try and look at football articles for the next month will be impossible.

No hate. Truth fella. Team is screwd if this is left in the league's hands.

8 minutes is about 5% of the plays. There were about 92 plays in the game. They probably recorded single digit number of plays assuming the 8 minutes is correct and real time not game time.

How does the tape settle anything? We already know its 8 mins of sideline footage of the Bengals coaches. The key question the tape won't answer is, was it being used to spy on the Bengals or was it for the Do your Job video?

Hate and jealousy from all the mouth breathing virgins isn’t what upsets me

not being able to turn on talk radio or nfl network without having this BS shoved in your face, along with sitting around waiting to see if the NFL will decide to completely screw our team again with docked draft picks that we desperately need, is what bothers me

If that’s the case, then there’s nothing to worry about. It all comes down to what’s on the tape. If they are zooming in on play sheets or hand signals, then the Pats deserve whatever the punishment is. If it’s just 8 minutes of general footage of the game, it’s a big nothingbuurger.

Sideline footage is vague. I know the tweet said focused on the sideline, let’s see if it was focused on any coaches delivering signals. We can assume there was no panning to the scoreboard for down and distance but no one here knows for sure. Let’s see the tape.

Ultimately this has to fall on Kraft if BB did this. If he never released AB in the first place, BB wouldn't need to resort to cheating to beat a one win team.
