Damn, now if we beat the Bengals its because we cheated. The Pats have to use more sense when using cameras based on the past hysterics. Just don't film another team for some stupid feature. It is not worth the bad publicity.

I get your point, but we have no idea of that being the case in this particular incidence. Not yet anyways. We’re going more based off old scandals than what we’ve been presented with in this one so far.

Some forum members revealing their true colors. Did you not just watch an overblown act of gamesmanship 12 years ago sully the reputation of this team in a disgusting way, followed by dozens of false, bs allegations by whining losers? Belichick has never lied about anything. He told the truth about “Spygate” which is exactly what Mangini did to him. He told the truth about there not being a taped walkthrough of the Rams, and guess what happened when Matt Walsh claimed he had the tape and it was time to produced it? He told the truth about “Deflategate” while we had people just like this calling him an idiot for ruining their legacy, etc. Show me one time he has lied about any type of wrongdoing.

I'll repeat my theory I posted earlier that this videographer is a Pats hater who set us up. Did the scout profile for 10 minutes, then aimed at the field, then when caught asks if he can just delete it all. Knowing full well what would happen.

This sort of stuff right here is what I was responding to when I said if the only defense you can come up with is some wild conspiracy theory, that's not good. You might as well just go with Mark Fuhrman planted the tape.

If the team has not claimed that a conspiracy exists, and has even gone so far as to provide an alternative explanation, why do you continue to claim that you refuse to believe that the league is conspiring against the Pats? What conspiracy? Asserted by whom?

I'm assuming sh!tdell will rush to judgement and drop the hammer. Belichick will be suspended for the rest of the season, 1st round pick and 3rd round picks taken, fine multi-million dollars. they'll cite the prior witch hunts for the reason and that Pats never cleared it with the bengals and the league. Just look at defamegate, they spent millions dollars on that investigation just so they could do what they did even though it was debunked by 3rd grade science.

but it's plain as day what happened, dumb idiots set the camera towards the field for b-roll without ever considering the situation because why would they? They are just there to film. Pats getting the ok from the Browns to film in the press box shows a clear indication that there was not any intent to do this. If they wanted to get signs they could just send a guy with the best cell phone camera and good seats to do it.

Then there's the report of the guy offering to delete the footage so all will be forgotten. I'm really hoping that was either taken out of context (e.g. he made an honest mistake out of ignorance) or it's pure BS.

Maybe that's what the scout looks at, its legal for him to do that.

At this point the pats should see the cameras as a live grenade. Don’t touch it. I just can’t believe this would happen again.

If the footage is fairly static sideline shots I actually don’t think anything draconian will happen. But if there’s any zooming in on individuals or shooting the clock, then the sideline, then it’s gonna be Lucifer’s Hammer time (and you know, rightly so).
