What happened to the obvious idea that screen passes kill blitzes?

On third and passing, you lineup Edelman on one side of the field so he can draw the double team. You lineup three receivers on the other side of the field and either run a pick play or a designed screen. Get the ball to Harry, Meyers, or White on a quick pass with so many guys blitzing or worrying about Edelman.

I don’t understand why seemingly easy concepts are so difficult to implement. Romo got a boner when they finally put Edelman on the outside to open up the middle. It took them like 50 plays to figure that out?

Fo far these are the top excuses why the Patriots have been struggling:

- O-line was at fault
- WR core was the culprit
- Brady's age and throwing mechanics
- NFL officiating
- Peyton Manning's forehead
- Josh McDaniels' play calls
- This message board
- Not having Antonio Brown on the rooster
- Eli Manning picking his nose
- Colin Kaepernick's and Nike's wokeness

Pick ONE already and stick with it, already.
I’m leaning towards AB not being on his rooster :D:D

You want to know what really sucks?

Spoiled rotten Patriot fans. Go root for Baltimore you f*cking front runners.

Booing the team off the field was an embarrassing look for the fans. Couldn't believe it.

Was just watching this music video today and yes it is basically Tom Brady right now. Legendary singer surrounded by crappy musicians. They are no match for the greatness that leads them.

We have got to win the next 3. I'm still optimistic and in good spirits.

We need the bye. The more practice reps the better

Bengals & Dolphins are dumpster fires. Buffalo has a good defense. But their offense sucks too. Winning these games won't tell us anything. The Patriots need to hope KC drops another game. And the Texans win out. Then Houston will be a higher seed than KC. Meaning they potentially get Houston over KC in the divisional round. Not that Houston is any easier. Lesser of two evils I guess.

I warned everyone with a thread about the lack of decent receiving options beyond White and Edelman. Everything has come true in my thread. You guys heard what they said about the Pat's TE production. Last in the NFL.

Nobody wanted to face the music.
When is Gronk getting here?

I'd prefer HOU.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Tennessee wins the division and Houston goes back to KC for a rematch.

If the Titans win the division, I don't think that HOU, with the addition loss or losses, will win the wild card spot against PITT and BUF.

He did not file his retirement papers that Brady acknowledged were legitimate after you told us they are a myth.

Good work roachmotel

But...but...you guaranteed he'd be back!
