N'Keal Harry's Production

Not mocking you here. They're not changing the offensive philosophy for N'Keal. AB maybe.

They don't need to change anything. CP was used exactly as I would use Harry until he polishes his route running on timed routes. Make use of his talents even if it is just a package of plays like with CP.

In games like yesterday or even against Houston this can be the differences between a loss and a win.

Can you play him more than two snaps? Geez

I get what you're saying. Given this offense's struggles, they might as well try that. He's nowhere near as fast as CP, though. CP was in the league several years and had. the toughness part down. Not Harry is that tough yet. Then again, maybe that comes with playing.

Dude only catches touchdowns....well sorta

And Harry has more elusiveness than CP. It is definitely better than seeing another questionable Edelman screen or jet going for minus yards.

This brings up another interesting point. How many times are the Pats going to use plays with mediocre execution that the opponents obviously plan for?

Said this a couple of weeks ago: if the Pats were going to stick to this kind of offense, why transition the bulk of the receiving corps to bigger, less-twitch receivers?

Why draft Harry when Deebo Samuel is sitting there? Or a bunch of other guys like Samuel - Isabella, Hardman, etc.

I'm not saying these guys are BETTER than Harry, but they certainly fit what the Pats keep running better than Harry, Gordon, Thomas, and all the other guys the Pats brought in. Just don't get it.

That said, the problems on the team remain pretty obvious: their OL is getting blown up and they never addressed an in-line TE in any meaningful way.

Or AJ Brown! You see what he did yesterday

DK Metcalf looks like a stud too

And Terry Mclaurin, lots of separation

Patterson had 8 touchdowns as a rookie

This place sure can dream up excuses.

AJ Brown - 51st pick 2019 draft

Yesterday 153 yards - 2 TDs. # 2 QB Ryan Tannehill is throwing the ball in his 7th start this season. AJ Brown went through camp and 6 games with Mariota.

Kneal Harry - 32nd pick 2019 draft

Yesterday 12 yards. GOAT throwing the ball.

Lots of excuses from this board...

Bill was given the opportunity to rebuild the offensive on three first round picks...he struck out.

Some of the players we passed up on

Lamar Jackson
Nick Chubb
Calvin Ridley
DJ Moore
DK Metcalf
Aj Brown
Deebo Samuel

This is ELITE talent dropping to late first round....

Deebo Samuel doesnt like seafood so couldnt draft him.

Chubb 1281 yards and 7 TDs to date. 5.1 yards a CARRY Nick Chubb Stats | Pro-Football-Reference.com

Between a bad OL, an old QB and slow recievers with bad hands terrible RB's worse coach ever. We are just doomed.

Denver might be able to. They’re playing some good ball the last couple of games. The early ROI on Lock is positive.
Agreed. DEN very sneakily has the #1 ranked red zone defense.

Harry had 1 catch for 12 yards. Granted it should have been 15 yards and a TD if not for blind reffing. "The Fix is IN!" Overall though, still not good enough.

But final numbers are in: Harry had 25% of offensive snaps and Sanu had 22% of the snaps.

New England Patriots snap count summary at footballguys.com

Edelman had 92% of the offensive snaps but justified it with 8 catches for 95 yards and a TD.

Watson had 1 catch for 7 yards with his 54% of the snaps.

The production from TE and from WRs not named Edelman is terrible.

How much "time" does Harry get before he's officially a bust? I mean Chad Jackson, Aaron Dobson, Kenbrell Thompkins have BLOWN AWAY Harry production-wise

Pretty sure most of the same people on here telling us to wait on Ras I Dowling before calling him a bust are the same people telling us it's too early to call Harry a bust

On the other hand maybe Harry was drafted for the future , a future without brady and his style of play. I am not saying the teams offence will change overnight when tb12 hangs his cleats up or leaves but who knows what the offence will look like

Lots to take issue with here, but lets start with why you felt the need to put time in quotation marks?

Cannot compare the two.. AJ Brown has had 506 snaps in 13 games. Yesterday he had 52

Harry has had a grand total of 113 in 4 games 2 yesterday..

Crappy comparison...

As mentioned previous it is rumored that Brady is not throwing a lot in practices these days due to elbow issues.. did you ever notice him with an ice pack on after a game, he did so yesterday.

Aj Brown and Tannehill probably had less practice time together than Brady and Harry and Brown has been a top 15 WR in the nfl since Tannehill took over.

5-153-2 yesterday stat line for Brown. Separation, speed, athleticism, hands, and ability for YAC. Brown also was a much better collegiate WR than Harry
