Another INT from Brady, another loss.

Granted that the Referee goof on NKeals TD was not reviewable... Still, the offense is lackluster. I really don't know why the keep having Michel running up the middle when it is stacked. Maybe Michel does not have the skills to make quick decisions and run outside...

Dunno, but, I think it will be a 1-done in the playoffs. Patriots have lost to KC, Houston, Baltimore. They are the top seeds.

I think this is truly Brady's final season with the Patriots....

Time to petition the league to re do the game like the Houston Rockets?

I know one of them you are referring to. The Harry one. But what was the other one? The one to Meyers was dropped. Replay showed it plain as day.

Now, we can talk about the DPI in the end zone not called on a couple of occasions..
Gilmore was running free after Kelce fumbled when they blew it dead incorrectly. He thought he would have scored.

Dorsett made no play on the ball. Yes he was interfered with but he has to play MUCH stronger than he does.

What are you talking about ?

The DB jumped into him, bear hugged him while using their momentum to keep interfering. Unless you want Dorsett to grow to 6'4 and a couple more lbs I am not sure what he can physically do in this situation.

Not devastating. Bye week still in play. The fight they showed was encouraging.

But Edelman is NOT the red zone guy.

The fact that they don't go with Watson, LaCosse, Sanu, White, and either Edelman, Bolden, Michel or Harry is mind boggling.

Well he saved White on the trick play who had a lousy pass.
I don’t think we hand out awards for making one catch. He is supposed to catch all of them.

Are people really getting on Myers case on that ball Brady threw on the ground that he couldn't catch? WTF that was a horrible throw and it looked like it hit the ground before it got to him.

He flat out let it go through his arms. The pass was fine. Meyers is dropping a fair amout of passes.

I’ll have to look at it again but my memory is he didn’t put much effort into going after the ball. If you fight for the catch you are more likely to get the call.

Watching this game with my daughter (who is so into football at age 10 its pretty funny) she asked me if we would win during that last drive. I said most any other year I would say absolutely yes because Brady but this year I wasn’t quite sure. Sure enough we came up just short. It feels like an encapsulation of the season so far.

Not handing out rewards, but I’m still encouraged by the fight across the board at the end. Receivers included.

The snap counts will be interesting to see. Seems like they bailed out on Michel early. They don’t seem to have a lot of confidence in him at this point.
And they shouldn't. I defended Michel longer than most, but at this point it's clear he doesn't fit in the offense we have for the remainder of the season. Not even necessarily his fault, he needs a fullback and we don't have one.

I watched the game where the offense had figured out something that worked by the end of the game and got two TDs called back by the refs that shouldn't have been

What exactly did they figure out? They had a chance to actually win this game and their red zone offense continues to fail them week after week. It's currently 24th in the league and showing no signs of improvement.

Refs blew MANY calls...

Truth of the matter is we were outplayed, despite the refs, and we needed a few trick plays to get us back into the game.

Too many early mistakes to overcome. Giving up a 3rd and 19 first down, a 2nd and 25 td, blocked fg.

Can’t depend on this offense to play catch up in order to win games. Defense unfortunately needs to be rock solid all four quarters.
