Not gonna comment on Boger. It is what it is.

The difference in the game were both turnovers. Might seem like a hot take but too bad this defense is wasted on this offense.

Sucks for Harry that there was no way of making his TD stand but then at the same time you scratch your head that they had no red zone packages for him ready. No fade, no backshoulder nothing.

Overall, McD didnt call a bad game but I dont get their plan with Harry at all. How can there be not a single package for him at all ? Why do you draft someone with his skills if you dont use them where he excels ? Instead he gets benched for bad execution on an under route which already was an issue in college. No clue..

Similarly for my taste they are giving up on the run game way too fast in those games.

Sanu is clearly still hobbled. Curious if his snap count went up from last week.

Cant wait for the A22, best thing about losing games.

If I'm @StairwayToSe7en , is this where I paste all of his ******ed takes from the threads leading up to this week about how this would be a clear win for the Pats?

Seriously though, I dunno what to say about this team. The offense just sucks, they don't do anything particularly well. Maybe they'll miraculously turn it around next week, they've been known to that. But if they don't, I won't blame Brady one bit for leaving this offseason. He has to know that the Bears would be instant Super Bowl favorites with him.

For those who are calling it a season, will you still watch the rest of the season?(I hope not)

How does Boger still have a job...

Who's calling it a season? I'm still watching, I've just tempered my expectations. They needed a herculean effort for 16 points (23 if not for a screwjob). This wasnt a great defense, and it took until the fourth to show life.

This team doesn't have the formula to beat a high scoring offense on the road, and apparently at home either.

Thought Pats played great in 2nd half on defense particularly. Obviously got hosed big time by refs - 1st down spot, fumble recovery blown dead, Harry TD, forcing a Time Out instead of resetting clock after they miscalled the Meyers TD then to top it off they blow the late Dorsett pass interference. At worst the Pats are in position to kick tying FG at the end.

Even when the Pats WR/TE get a step or position, outside of Je11, no one can make anything other than an easy catch, nothing remotely contested, nothing they have to reach for, just pathetic.

sb, I think you bring up a good point, not only is the passing game hurting because of the O-line, but our running game, specifically up the. middle isn't the same as it was last year.

hopefully whatever it is can be coached up. They need an identity. Then again they had none last year until after the Pitt game and went all the way.

Only if KC wins out, if KC loses one, we can afford to lose one, as long as it's not to Buffalo

So we gotta win out to maintain a 1st round bye. A win today would've essentially clinched that.

Shame on the officials, shame on this team.

On paper they should win out, but Buffalo is darn good, and Cincy and Miami aren't as terrible as they were 4 weeks ago. Don't expect it will be easy, so the team better get up for more than just the Buffalo game.

You guys need to lay off of Boger. He may suck, but he didn't make either of those 2 atrocious calls that each cost NE a TD.

It’s his atrocious crew. Of course he should get the blame. This is a trend. He’s dogshit along with his awful crew.

He has now been the ref for their last 2 home losses (the only 2 since ****ing WEEK 4 OF 2017)

cant watch this fixed garbage anymore

Close game. No reason Pats can't finish 13-3 and take the AFC East. However, they will need to play teams of the same talent level as the Ravens, Texans and Chiefs in the playoffs and have not shown the ability to beat them.

Pats offense screwed them out of the game.

The Pat's are insanely bad and didnt deserve to win the game.....

Until they did deserve to win. Just because they played bad doesnt mean they didnt play better.

That was a horrible display of subjective calls

Pedestrian offense and nothing will change. Sanu and dorsett combined for 1 catch and 13 yards. Big ups to our defense in the second half.

Back to back losses and heading to cincy next week with a pedestrian offense. If this team’s not careful they’re gonna be playing on wildcard weekend. Chiefs likely win out.

Are you worried and concerned PatriotPimp136NumeroPatsFan?

what happened to the help that Sanders said we were going to get ? we could really use that help now !

You must be pleased
No I'm just right about this particular team...not good enough to beat good teams, struggle vs mediocre teams, and easily handle crap teams...

I hate getting all conspiratorial but when the refs spotted the ball 1 1/2 yards ahead for a crucial KC first down, and then they didn't overturn it on review, I had to wonder if the design here comes from the NFL.

I mean, that refusal to overturn an obvious blunder also cost the Patriots a needed challenge and a timeout.

Everything stemmed from that blunder.

So there were 4 hideous calls to end the game. Bad spot, Kelce fumble, Harry TD, Dorsett PI. But they seemed to cascade one after another making the refs go from bad to worse to hideous.

I didn’t want overtime. We should have won by 14-21+. The team can unite around this and build on it.

Someone tell me how this offense will improve? Sanu and dorsett are useless.
